Please can you show a practical demo for this concept.theoretically it's fine but practically it gives more edge to know which components are connected
Small improvements..In Logical data independence conclusion as you explained.. it should be " logical data independence is changing logical data without affecting the external schema" :)
I HAVE A SMALL DOUBT, IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF ANY ONE WHO KNOWS CLARIFIES THIS. MY DOUBT IS: AS MAM TOLD IN STARTING,THE CHANGE IN ONE LAYER DOESN'T AFFECT THE OTHER THEN SHE ALSO TOLD THE CHANGE IN PHYSICAL LAYER CAN AFFECT DATA BASE WHICH IS LOWER LAYER OF IT. DO THE CHANGE IN ANY LAYER DOESN'T AFFECT ONLY UPPER LAYER BUT NOT LOWER LAYER?
I too have the same doubt! She said physical data independence means its changes are independent of external and logical schema. But for logical data independence, changes are independent of only external!! what about its effect on the physical schema.
