That’s not how most politicians launder money…they instead use that money and give it to black institutions who then funnel that money and back into the business slowly and also keep many as just assets through other peoples names

What about Capital Gain arising on Silver Utensil income because it is taxable ,
Silver utensils can not be considered "Personal Items" under capital gain under supreme court decision

Maharaj Rana Hemant Singhji vs CIT where to fall into personal effect Silver utensil should be used daily by assesses. If you sell old utensil like thalis , Spoon then CG will be applicable.

Converting black to white is more common than it seems. I see it quite often in people of my knowledge. 90% of people don't have that kind of money to convert it into white. It's very common practice by politicians, bureaucrats, and businessmen.
