Honestly the most impressive part of their performance during RLCS is that both alpha and radohsin had huge improvements in their mechanical game. Playing with and against Zen must have taught them a lot during scrims and practice and it really shows in the plays alpha and radohsin were going for.

Might be alone on this and maybe im missing something but I feel like this wasn't a good tourny for MENA. Not because I don't think they are good enough to show up, but just because they didn't show up nearly as much as I think they could have. I feel like on their day, their best teams are even better than NA's best teams (I'm NA don't complain). I feel like Rule One, if they're on form, could have easily made top 4. Seeing them at Boston and knowing the rate at which they have been improving lately I don't feel like top 4 is a stretch. But they kinda flopped out because they couldn't stand up to NA teams, which I feel like was a major mix up. I thought they would have had both spacestation and G2 locked down. Idk, I'm curious to hear others thoughts?
I mean, yeah, they didn’t perform to their peak, but that’s to be expected when they only send one team to majors and the region as a whole is still very early in its development. Consistency will improve, especially if they get more spots, and even with underperforming, they outplaced Sam. At this point it’s pretty clearly ludicrous that Sam has more spots than them, and let’s not even talk about oce. That’s a big improvement from last year. So yeah, could’ve gone better, but still huge for the region.
@@ziadkhayat7299 see I feel like falcons and rule one saw your comment. And wanted to show you what I meant. 4-0 vitality. 2 MENA teams in the top 4. This is the skill that I saw on their teams. This was my expectations for these rosters.
@@francisbout1311 that event has very little meaning to RLCS. Of course mena will shine on home soil with a format favoring teams with strong 1v1 and 2v2 players. And everything pretty much being bo1s only further decreases the expectations of RLCS rankings being preserved. It’s a good sign, but not very meaningful for next season.
@@ziadkhayat7299 you must know how much bullsh*t you just spewed. There's no shot you actually think something that dumb. Honestly I couldn't imagine having a thought this profoundly dumb. Let's just leave it till next season and see. I'm from North America and my favorite teams are GenG and Vitality. But it doesn't take a genius to see that NEMA has already surpassed NA as the second best region and are on their way to fully challenging EU.
If you told me this POV was nexto 4.0 the perfect bot player I would not disagree. His movement, speed, mechanics everything are just out of this world, no one comes close with how precise yet insanely quick he is

CJCJ did an awesome job at building and sustaining hype throughout the 4 games. Yet here, I liked the way Shogun and CJCJ complimented each other and had many quotable moments, especially for a historic final!
Do you think BDS were a little off in the grand finals or is Vitality that good? BDS just didn’t seem like they were focused, but maybe that’s because they just couldn’t play against this top team.
I feel like gamers8 will be a MENA party im ngl. Now i could be proven wrong, but don't forget that zen will have to face his arch nemesis Rw9 who is 2-0 against him, and Rw9 + kileerz is a top duo as well + their 3's can beat a lot of teams. Honestly I think vitality will struggle in the 2's part of the tourney but will still go very far because of their 1's and 3's dominance. It's just teams like V1 and the mena boys are so dominant in 2's and 1's that it'll be hard for vitality for sure.
Thanks for the shout-out! Loved the atmosphere and people cheering for good RL ❤ Didn't like the boos tho, especially towards Faze Clan - the players didn't deserve that.
@johnnyboi was the cold the reason you didnt cast any games after the wild card ? Bc i hope to see you cast games in rlcs, you are the best caster, especially together with shogun
I think it's fair to say this BDS roster has a stamina issue. Every time they've played 2 Bo7s in a row: SO - beat KC then 0-4 Liquid SC - beat Moist then 0-4 KC SI - beat HM then 1-4 Vit SM - 2-4 Vit then 1-4 Vit WC - beat Liquid then 0-4 Vit
That first game where Zen had 795 points, BDS collectively actually had 794 points.

9 shots from BDS in the first game. Felt like maybe one
If Zen ends up on a team with Monkey Moon and Vatira, it's game over for everyone else.
thats not how it works buddy, 11 messis would get clapped by a normal main division team
@@thingsnbitsdamn... i wouldn't imagine see a comment like this once in my ENTIRE LIFE
4:30 Remember when coaches say that a high clear is often better? Yeah not anymore... cause any high clear is just a chance for Zen to take it and absolutely style on you. Any time the ball gets launched into the air, I'm pretty sure all of his opponents are shitting their pants. The kid's just insane.
i was there live and ngl it was really quiet. only the final was little louder
Vitality suffocated every team with constant pressure. It is understandable to see in one series on a given day but with Vitality they suffocated every team they faced. It felt completely one sided. Amazing teamwork and historical achievement.
Man good tourney. Reminded me of the OG Dignitas roster, that was a fun era
Glad to see you got your voice back!
Im an NA resident and i went to Dallas and i wanted to go down to congratulate BDS but the staff there wanted us out immediately…
Thank you for the love you've shown to the SSA region
If you told me this POV was nexto 4.0 the perfect bot player I would not disagree. His movement, speed, mechanics everything are just out of this world, no one comes close with how precise yet insanely quick he is
Rise was doing all the shit talking just to get smacked in the end 😂😂😂
Johnny why didn't you cast the grand finals? I love CJCJ, but you and Shogun are something else.
his voice was really bad the day before, I'm guessing it wasn't better the day of finals
He got sick
he said his voice was better but not 100% on the Sunday so didn't want to risk it. was good to see and meet a lot of the RL community and fans in the pubs in Alstadt afterwards, was some event.
CJCJ did an awesome job at building and sustaining hype throughout the 4 games. Often I prefer the more measured and slow paced conversational style of casting, and Johnny is my number 1 especially for the way he contenxtualises series and develops narratives. Yet here, I liked the way Shogun and CJCJ complimented each other and had many quotable moments, especially for a historic final!
Ngl need to see a nush 1v1 show match vs someone he is HIM
Do you think BDS were a little off in the grand finals or is Vitality that good? BDS just didn’t seem like they were focused, but maybe that’s because they just couldn’t play against this top team.
A little of both, I think.
He is soooooooo good
he’s not human
7:00 back in the day I was dreaming to be able to do this. Never been a really mechanical player sadly.
Thanks for the shout-out! Loved the atmosphere and people cheering for good RL ❤ Didn't like the boos tho, especially towards Faze Clan - the players didn't deserve that.
Finally some post-worlds content :D thx champ
@johnnyboi was the cold the reason you didnt cast any games after the wild card ? Bc i hope to see you cast games in rlcs, you are the best caster, especially together with shogun
I think it's fair to say this BDS roster has a stamina issue. Every time they've played 2 Bo7s in a row:
SO - beat KC then 0-4 Liquid
SC - beat Moist then 0-4 KC
SI - beat HM then 1-4 Vit
SM - 2-4 Vit then 1-4 Vit
WC - beat Liquid then 0-4 Vit
Just waiting for squishy to find ten8s and then it will be something to cheer about again but zen is the man.
In other news the sky is blue
Ill Johnny actually sounds like Christian Horner 😂😂
New Seazen soon. Stay tuned
Zen is that guy pal
where can you watch gamers8?
Another great video Johnny
❤
Does anyone know how i make zens car design?
OKAY so they do turn the ball cam off, in rlcs they only show players with ball cam on?
I was there, and I say this worlds is a history stamp in rocket league
Zen haters down astronomically 🤣🤣😂😂💀
Your vids are a must watch
