being a commerce student and having appeared for sebi mains twice.. if studied well I feel sebi easier as compared to the other two... And Nabard the toughest among them.. (Syllabus wise) that's as per my opinion..
Sebi phase 2 is one of the toughest amongst these two, because commerce student will able to qualified these. Nabard is actually like UPSC based. RBI is okay amongst these three
sebi is static so it easy for me but in grade b gk and esi is too vast for me to cover it's my opinion sebi then rbi and then nabard (as ard knowledge is almost zero for normal graduate)

In a nutshell SEBI needs upto certain degree specialisation and technical touch subject wise due to its institutional set up and requirement.

ARD topics are not that tough if you are from Engineering background especially in Civil and Mech. Others may find ARD tough.
