Not overly buffed, it didn't change much to its playstyle, they just gave it more access to crit. Tbf the approach done to this was much better than the previous reworks where all i see are secondary stat bloats
Are you joking rn? FB is good as is. 80% haste debuff is godly breathing room moment on ultras. 60% less mana consumption, 40% crit, 80% crit dmg and those are team buffs y'know. A fkn 10s focus(taunt). An HoT that SCALES UP with STR. And you want buff? Ya AE would nerf it instead and this comment will be the culprit . The future moment it will become sht becus you want "better" and i say why it shouldnt be changed .
@@V3R1T45 Counterpoint: the 5 skill seems nice, if it didn't lower your haste by 100%. The double damage seems like a nice trade off and then you realize you only have 3 attack skills: one of which is the auto attack which cannot crit, the 3 skill which literally deals no damage, and the 5 skill which is on a long cooldown. Should also mention it removes the heal over time on your 2 skill and replaces it with a defense buff which would be fine if mobs were still on the slow respawn timer, now it just ruins your chances of survivability. It's a support class and 5 ruins its supporting. It's also meant for farming which I guess was 5's main purpose but this was before the increased respawn timer and without any health sustain it falls short of farming.

HOWEVER in a party the thought having to use Skill 5 implies your going tank but not main tank(unless you potted to be taking head-on hits because of less favourable circumstances, not recommended). We(few randos and buddies) worked this out. FB in Enraged is not suppose to be giving out the mana benefits and haste debuff if that wasn't obvious enough, only looping frozen beard and enrage. Ok so how to curb the -100% haste from Enraged? We have Loo and SC ,that's 60% haste + FB base stat haste before the R4 50%haste shenanigans. Haste covered. That leaves damage department. This comes to no surprise LC will assist that, with its skill2 Lingering Light and our math is mathing, we max stack that to achieve 150% defence debuff to the enemy. The Heal buff package it has also helps ease FB Enrage issues + help Loop frozen beard, focus better. Ok so no one has LC no problem AP is still available. AP, SC, LOO, FB comp really does put off near everyone but that's just prejudice heck FB itself for support in comp is a wtf for everyone. AP and LC just nuke differently. One hand guarantees survival and the other makes process faster. The only problem is just people being people and classes/enhancements we have at that point in the ultra-players scene that such a thing is just not needed and run the usual YT/guide comp. Nothing against All Luck people, being high end to Lv100, those fighter/mage/healer/thief etc Do make a difference. Use them. Like how we suffered Champ Drakath initial release and we just dump everything on fighter/healer + pots and scrolls and chaos tag weapon dmg booster.
@@V3R1T45 "culprit" yeah never gonna happen unless they buff it, class release since 2018 and no one really used it since first ultra exaltia release. i do used it couple time on some ultra, its not really game changing like arachno to be in meta and no haste debuff is nothing compared to ap debuff or class that buff resistance directly like sc for sustain ability in ultra, skill 5 is not practical at all i do used it on tynda long time ago its not even that good either, there is no future for fb if they dint buff it. it cant beat lr and loo for offense support and cant beat sc and ap for sustain support on ultra, the only good thing with fb is if you supporting ur friend who have chrono that already have max haste for casual boss fight thats it

Just realized that Sentinel had its THIRD rework now while the other membership classes, LH and Chaos Shaper, hadn't had another touch up for a few yrs now. And if they can justify this for an upholder, then Chaos shaper should also warrant an update for costing a yr's worth of membership. LH is actually pretty good rn. A really good support that needs a bit of supporting itself. Healing is weak, especially with its low crit chance, and doesn't break the early game as a starting class. But holds up in the end game as like a second LoO. Dmg, crit dmg and stat boosts and such.
Both LH and Chaos Shaper were buffed/reworked in 2022, so they got their respective changes not that long ago, it barely counts as "few years without another touch up" as their reworks were both successful and they didn't need any additional adjustments after that, unlike Sentinel which was always meh, until now

I was going to leave a comment on your guys' guild discord but I got banned cuz I was just trying to visit the suggestions thread and not complete the verification :^) Anyways... some points I'd like to go over, this video is fairly well done outside of these points: - Defensive stance does not consume The Western Covenant, the big buff aura, that's a critical mistake in the video. In fact, nothing consumes it, it should always be active. However, defensive stance does replace offensive stance, so, as you noted, you do lose the crit damage buff. You're supposed to easily swap between the two, generally staying on offensive stance most of the time, and staying on offensive stance only during certain battles. - The combo shown is the easier one, and gets good results. Someone else in the comments posted the long combo I gave. It's only marginally better as it allows you to upkeep both Overwatch and Beholden from your auto attack at the same time without sacrificing performance. However, as you can probably guess, it's a lot more work than just 234 spam lmao. I will add, however, the 342 spam rotation in this video should be changed to 234. As noted in the above point, using this class well is actually trying to maximize Offensive Stance. Going 342 means you end on Defensive Stance a bit longer than you should be. - Lastly, and know that this is constructive criticism, when testing classes, it is imperative to show unboosted, unpotted performance as well. This is to make it easier to compare it to other classes. Not all classes are equal in terms of the amount of scaling they get from potions and NSoD. For example, I created Sentinel to do *very* well with all out buffs, as it only uses phys out in its kit. That means it would have an unfair advantage over, say, a class that has a ton of all out, due to diminishing returns. I know big orange number and big number in battle analyzer makes for good content, but classes are balanced around their unboosted performance, so it makes sense to showcase that as well.
I just tested it and you were right. That was my mistake there. Also regarding the ban, Barpa said you spammed member verification. "He opened the ticket twice and closed it" I don't know what really happened because I wasn't there.

A similar thing happens with DoT, but being a dot class it only gets to be as strong as the usual dps in a party when against non-tagged enemies w/o pots.
Rav, vainglory, luck everything else is what he used. The wep though is strange I'm not to knowledgable on it but he has 1100 damage with calad, my necrotic sword only reaches 1079 with the same enchants.

Acheron enhancement may be usable here because one of the abilities reduces DoT damage on self?
Tested and it's pretty meh cuz Sentinel is physical class.
Dauntless, Ravenous or Valiance work the best.
