It is a fan made version from the multitrack and there are many of them out there claiming to be the real demo and there is a lot of disinformation. The only place the real demo can be heard is in Desperately Seeing Susan. The real demo has the doubled lead vocal tracks and the backing vocals. This fan made version doesn't. Seek out the clip from DSS to hear and compare the differences. Nothing wrong with fan made versions, but they should be labeled as such.

She's not the best singer on the world, that is obvious. But a catchy tune, nonetheless, written by Stephen Bray with Mad adding a few lyrics (according to Bray).
