I signed for a felony PC 459 2nd degree vehicle burglary in 2000, I spent 6 months in county jail. Around 2003 judge deported me under 101(a)(43)(G) . What are my options on filing an appeal or filing a waiver form to regain legal US residence?

Hi I was convicted as burglary felony, and I finish my sentences, probation and I pay all the fees. And they drop my case to a designated misdemeanor. My question is can I still apply for a citizenship?
