No Established Religious Leader Has Ever Been Called
It is necessary to note and reiterate one very important part of the protocol in how advanced human beings (in a religious context these beings might also be known as “God/s”) choose a mortal true messenger. The reality is that a true messenger is NEVER chosen from among the current leaders of any man-made religion-unless he first denounces his traditional religious practices and leaves the established church. For a biblical example of this, Samuel was a Hebrew servant who did not belong to the house of Levi (which was the only authorized lineage allowed to have priesthood authority at the time, according to the Bible). The story of how he became a chosen messenger symbolically sets forth the proper protocol used in extending the calling to a mortal.6 The Book of Mormon further emphasizes and supports this concept in how Abinadi7 and Samuel the Lamanite,8 two of many examples, were called. None of these men had any priesthood authority or was a leader, or even a member, of an organized religion at the time of his calling.
Modern religious leaders are hard-pressed to explain how they can be both a leader of an organized religion and a true messenger at the same time, when the scriptures that they believe to be the “word of God” present a completely different manner in which a properly chosen messenger receives his calling. There is no scriptural precedent that presents a church leader as a true messenger. Church leaders lead a religious organization. True messengers, on the other hand, are always sent to preach repentance to a religious organization gone astray. Again, the best scriptural reference to this is presented in the case of Nephi being the leader of the Church and Samuel the Lamanite being chosen as a true messenger (outside of the Church) sent to preach repentance to the Church.9 Joseph Smith was not a member of an organized religion when he was called to this role; but, uniquely in his case, he did subsequently organize and lead a religion before his death, following the course and example of the biblical Moses. Why and how Joseph Smith played both roles will be explained in detail throughout this biography.

More Truth Concerning “Priesthood Authority”
If “restoring” the Church of Christ to its original state, when Jesus supposedly organized it, was of such importance, and “restoring” “priesthood authority” and calling Twelve Apostles a part of that, then why did it take so long for the church to be organized? In 1830 there were no Twelve Apostles; not in 1831; not in 1832; not in 1833; not in 1834. Yet the people still believed they belonged to God’s true church?! It wasn’t until 1835 that the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles was officially formed.55 Why didn’t Joseph himself choose the Twelve? Why wasn’t there any mention of how the Church received the priesthood until many years later?
Many critics question the LDS/Mormon priesthood with good cause and, in some cases, with honest reflection. Sincere research throws a spurious light on this authority and its evolution among the LDS people. LDS Priesthood organization was a mixture of Catholic New Testament interpolations (made hundreds of years after Christ) and 19th Century American politics. There were three bodies-the First Presidency (the Executive Branch), the Quorum of the Twelve (Legislative Branch/Congress), and the Quorum of the Seventies (Judicial Branch)-all elected by the voice of the people.
As is so often the case, what starts with the politicking of assurances ends in tyranny; and Brigham Young’s church eventually did away with the peoples’ vote and nominations and turned “priesthood authority” into “whatever the prophet says, goes.” There are many books claiming to reveal the truth about where the Church got its authority. But Joseph authorized only one book to convey, officially, the real truth about its institution, development, and utter lack of true authority-this biography. Official comments to this end are included in this biography as Appendix 1.

A Powerful Conversion Tool
The early converts to the Church were not converted by “priesthood authority.” They were converted by the Book of Mormon, a book that they read (or in most cases, had read to them), but did not understand. The Book of Mormon was a powerful mental transformation tool for Bible believers. It had the conversion power intended by the advanced beings who created it. It was the first part of the final lesson intended for the mortal inhabitants of the earth.
Of course, it was penned by Joseph Smith’s scribes, but it came directly through the Urim and Thummim as intended by the advanced monitors who authored it. Its conversion power comes from a person taking the time, having a sincere heart and real intent,56 to read it; none who do, and who accept the Bible, can ever honestly admit that there is not some divine purpose intended in its existence. However, few who read the book understand it for what it is. They miss the clues. They miss the hidden truths that, if they had noticed, they would have recognized as the book’s true intent.
Organized Religion and Its Leaders vs. The True Message
What was the message that the biblical “prophets” (or, more accurately, “true messengers”) and Christ were chosen to give to the world? According to the published accounts available, their message challenged, rather than supported, the religious organizations and doctrines of their respective times. Their words condemned all religious practices and those leaders who claimed the authority to tell the people what they should do to please God.10
Contrary to religions that divide people and prejudice susceptible minds against anyone who doesn’t accept their faith, a true messenger’s message promises to unify and enlighten the people. The message teaches us to value each other equally and gives us the guidelines of how to live with one another in peace and harmony.11
So that the people might be more amenable and open to their message, ancient biblical prophets were commanded to utilize familiar and accepted orthodox belief systems as a segue to communicating real truth.12 Working within these faith-based ideologies, they attempted to turn the people inward, away from the outward sway of charismatic and deceiving men.13 These prophets knew that the only source of information the people were receiving was from their religious leaders-a source which prostrated their minds and hearts outside of their own innate ability to think and use common sense. (In a religious context this ability is also known as the “power of the Holy Ghost” or the “influence of the Holy Spirit” or “Spirit of God”). Conversely, true messengers instructed the people to reject popular religious leaders and turn to God for understanding-a message that collided with the beliefs, religious practices, and customs, which, in many cases, overwhelmingly controlled the people.
To counter their message of real truth, the religious leaders (“false prophets”) convinced the people that there was a God who watched over them and saw all of their actions and who gave certain men of “proper authority” information for the people’s benefit. However, these false prophets taught that this information would only come through them (the chosen leaders), whom the people conveniently supported with honor and material sustenance. The true prophets, however, knew that if they could direct the people towards God (inward) and away from their churches, faiths, ministers, prophets, and leaders, then the people would begin to acquire knowledge the proper way-from within, by using their own common sense.14 This is the irony of the calling of true messengers: They instruct people to listen to them (the true messenger) so that they can teach the people to not listen to or to trust in anyone outside of themselves.15

The message of a true messenger is one of universal human equality. He encourages all humans to listen to their own subconscious feelings-the inner voice, which is simply one’s common sense that brings peace and happiness. For this reason, no true messenger, who was allowed to disclose his true identity, has (or would ever) set up a church, or established a religion among the people, unless mandated to do so. They would be mandated to do so in order to teach the people what happens when religious beliefs-which are all based on esoteric mysteries associated with mortality-are established among free-willed humans. biography exactly how and why Joseph was mandated to allow a religion to be established under his name. In most instances, however, the false religions and churches that were started in the name of a true messenger came only after the messenger was dead and unavailable to tell the people that a religion was not needed to worship or talk to God. Take, for example, the events in Christian history after Jesus was killed.
How was Joseph Smith supposed to accomplish what his ancient predecessors had already tried and failed to accomplish in their day; i.e., freeing people from religion and teaching them to look to the “kingdom of God within,” instead of relying on the arm of flesh?16 Why did the advanced beings who called him want him to try things differently? The answer to both of these questions is as follows: Instead of denouncing all religious practices and faith in religious leaders (which obviously had never worked), Joseph was foreordained to allow a new religion to form based entirely on the free will of the people.17 This religion would have, seemingly (but eventually counter-productively), the potential of freeing the people from religion in the only way that would reach the hearts and minds of the religiously zealous of his day.

Cometer errores como menciona acerca de Moisés es muy distinto a autoproclamarse profeta de Dios, decir que sucederán (no cosas menores, sino nada más y nada menos que la segunda venida de Jesucristo) y fallar en esa predicción.
La Biblia no dice que es un falso profeta el que comete errores sino el que pretende hablar cosas que no vienen de Dios, a ése no le temerás...
Realmente es sencillo, usted puede revisar la Biblia y contrastar las cosas que pronunció el fundador mormón y vea si se cumplieron. Dios le dé la sabiduría de poder ver la verdad y cuando uno se da cuenta de esa verdad entonces pedir valor a Dios para tomar las acciones que debe tomar porque dejar una doctrina o una iglesia que me han hecho creer que es cierta y que uno está convencido que lo es y luego darme cuenta que no es así requiere valor, pero más que todo conciencia que lo que está de por medio es la salvación de nuestra propia alma.
