Man, I'm always just missing Dr. Bucy... A few years back, I was stuck in Chicago for work and had more or less liberty. So I rented a car and drove all over. I eventually realized how close I was to Reformed Forum main headquarters, so I drove up to a beautiful little church, nestled in a marsh-land looking landscape - (beautiful for me, a country boy stuck in the big city; that bit of landscape lifted my spirits). And here I am, living down near Pantego in a Reformed dead-zone (except for the one church Dr. Bucy mentioned here, which is inexplicable ... how in this location?! It's a mystery. If I lived a little closer, I'd try to attend regularly and be a member, but alas... ) In any case, Lake Mattamuskeet is the perfect place for prayer and solitary worship, for those times you really want to get down and serious with the Creator. If any of you are ever driving around and see a solitary man, not fishing, just staring off at the sunset or ocean scenes ... hit him up with some Reformed jargon. It might be me! :D
Very excited about this book! Great work, Dan!
