- Range bags are one of those gear essentials that simply need to work. If you don’t like your range bag, disorganization and cramped pockets can make shooting a hassle. Looking for an all-around range bag, I perused the Guns.com warehouse and came up with three great options. The best way to give equipment a hard, accurate test is at an event. So some friends and I headed to the CompExpo and loaded up these range bags to use during various shooting events. After three days of abuse, we ranked them in the order of most liked. Here is how these bags stacked up.

Damn good review. I saw the M&P at my local gun shop and I was hesitant and now that I've seen this I will be purchasing one thank you very much.
You mean I don't have to use those Wal-Mart plastic bags anymore? 😆 Very good comparisons showing pros & cons. Best to have several bags for different uses & label them. For Mom & Pop Thorne does Ms Taylor ever slow down? You have a good kid there. 👍

I only shoot revolvers, seems most range bags are set up for semi auto pistols. I may go the rout of my brother and get a Home Depot tool bag.
I keep using W. Waller & Sons bags. They are still superior to anything else I've seen.

I have a question if you would be so kind to answer it? I'm a coyote Hunter and I'm looking for a bag that will hold an iPad,cables,battery pack,extra light,batterys,small fox pro call, I use an AR but just 10rd mags for hunting probly 2 spares, & maybe a couple beers. Now I'm sure it will hold all this stuff, I guess my real question is, is it a bulky bag and I'm asking this because I'm going to be carrying an AR, a tripod and a small stool. Also when I'm not coyote hunting I will probably use this bag at the range oh, is it versatile enough?

Walmart reusable shopping bag.lots room .to carry all your guns and 1000's rounds of ammo . Dubble it up for the weight for 45 apc, n such. cost less than a dollar fits my full size Pistols like 1911 and 44 mag

A backpack from Walmart works just fine and saves money for ammo.
Not one of those bags had a med kit in it.
my pistol is average sized, but i know how to use it and thats what matters! right?? also this was a very well done review that covered a lot of features and opinions on the features in a very easy to consume time frame. can be a rare thing these days. and bonus points for it being a lady who clearly knows her stuff and isnt just eye candy pretending to care. need more of that around.
