I like Nestor it was a tough situation he was put into, in WS Game #1, he had not pitched in a 1 month and was put into a big spot, he did get Ohtani out in that bottom that 10th inn then it got crazy. Nestor a grinder, Nestor doesn’t throw hard but he still gets hurt he had a great 2022 then only 65inn in 2023 and this year he threw 175 inn but got hurt late in the year.
that ohtani out had literally nothing to do with nestor. The ball went into the stands, but VERDUGO is a crazy sumbitch and went head over heals over the wall catching it. It was entirely verdugo that got that out, not nestor. Every single other fielder would have let that go for a foul.
I like Nestor, I think he's a helluva class act,and as a Dodger fan he gave up the slam to another class act and good human, Freddy Freeman, I'm not being sacrastic ut that homer he gave up It couldnt have happened to a better man.

Its a good pick up for the brewers, nasty nestor is an all star caliber lefty when healthy and right, as well the brew crew have a surplus of bullpen arms, just like when they traded hader, and now wiliams, they will be just fine in the bullpen, and upgrade their SP
He shouldn’t have complained when they skipped his turn in the rotation last September. Montgomery got traded a week after he questioned Boone for being taken out of a game.
