Sir fci mgt i am not eligible but fci ag3 accounts i have given mains waiting for results i don't know whether I will be able to clear the mains or not
FCI follow IDA pattern which means now DA is 14.8, FB will be 32% only remaining 2%for PLI and 1% for LTC so in salary FB will be 32% only. CPF and Pension deduction will be 14% of BASIC+DA and other than these two few more deduction will be as professional tax etc. APS is not applicable till now in FCI so it is wrong. From Ag-iii to manager promotion will take minimum 12 years.

In 2015 the basic for mt was 16400 but in new recruitment the salary for mt now become 40000. So there is no doubt about the basic salary of AG3.
