If you had told us ten years ago that Bill would puts his children to bed by singing Disney songs, no one would believe you. That’s the power of personal growth and fatherly love😂
@Trashthlete he hosts The Talking Dead on AMC, an after show for The Walking Dead Universe of shows. He also produced a network game show with LeBron James called The Wall. His wife is Lydia Hearst, so she comes from "Old Money" and is an heiress to the Hearst media empire so their daughter will never have to worry about money for sure lol
bill is totally a protagonist of a pixar movie. he's that old man with the hardened exterior that slowly gets his defenses taken down and domesticated now that he has someone else to care about beside himself
Theirs a roughness to him I don’t think will ever go and it’s how prickly his personality is. The man is so aggressively supportive, everything supportive he says goes through a filter of rage and comes out the other end as an insult. His full WNBA rant he says he’s trying to be supportive but is aware it’s probably not coming off that way. Saying how every study says women are smarter than men but if they’re so smart how are you losing to men? It’s because you don’t support each other and women would rather tear each other apart than work towards a common goal. What he ends up saying sounds a lot more like he’s insulting women (which to be fair he sort of is) but it’s with the moral lesson of “stop fighting and work together for once”
The _A Clockwork Orange_ splice was pretty great. I suppose I'm not quite ready for kids because I feel like I'd wanna watch that and not Disney stuff right now. However, _The Jungle Book_ may also be my fav.
Coco and Up are my 3 year old son's favourite movies. Up was more 1-2 yo but he's been on a Coco kick since he could see. After Mum and Dad his third word (or phrase) was " member me" in reference to the Remember Me song. I had to learn how to play and sing every Coco song on the guitar on demand. I couldn't even play and sing at the same time (or really sing at all) before he was born but I just couldn't let the little guy down. Now my life is so much better for it. :)
Disney is a old classic kind of thing. For me, I still love it in a lot of ways like toy story and the lion king. I remember doing toy story, writing my name under woody's boot. I miss that
Funny how Bill mentions that in the old days, actors/ celebrities didnt do voice acting, but in México and for latin america, the voice of Baloo was done by Germán Valdés aka Tintán, a very famous actor here in México. He also did the voice of the male cat from the Aristocats Just a curious fact for ya
The male male cat from Aristocats (I believe his name is O’Mailey or something) and Baloo are also done by the same voice actor here in the United States as well: Phil Harris.
The old movies and TV series are perfect to show them to kids, because with their fantasy the kids compensate old special effects, that do not work anymore in modern eyes. And it is perfect for parents to rediscover the classics.
There used to be a Disney retrospective they showed at the Studio park at Disney World were they showed every tearjerker moment one after another. Not a dry eye in the house.
Put aside that one truly offensive element where orangutan King Louie talks like legendary black artist Louie Armstrong, The Jungle Book remains my favorite Disney animated feature. Baloo, one of my favorite characters ever.
I don’t care, Up is the best pixar movie ever made and one of the best animated films ever. That movie is almost perfection. Anyone who say’s only the first 10 minutes are good are not only lying to you but lying to themselves. Fight me.
Out of personal preference I like WALLE but up is a tremendous movie through and through. The whole storyline of russel and mr Fredrickson is awesome. Doug and Kevin are the best too. The opening is beautiful but really adds to the story more than overshadowing it for me.
Yo Izzy, can you do a piece on John Facenda. I think I spelled the last name wrong but the origins of NFL films including Sable is such great nostalgia.
I love Ed Asner. I think I saw Bambi when I was 6 years old. It traumatized me for life. His mother died. That’s impossible. Now it’s real life. People dying around me.
Back when Disney made memorable movies that everyone could happily watch and listen to. These days, Disney produces nothing but crap. Name one song from a Disney movie made in the last 10-15 years. Just one! I hate to tell Bill, but the voice of the bear was Phil Harris, a very famous bandleader from the 40s, who was also a member of the Jack Benny radio troupe. The monkey was voiced by Louis Prima, a very famous jazz performer and a Vegas act. Louis wrote Sing, Sing, Sing as well!
Interesting. The special moments with his kid that he was dreaming about all revolved around corporate entertainment and products. Weird. The USA is a very strange place.
She definitely wasn't just barren. That was a miscarriage. They already had the room for the kid and painted and you can see in the doctor's office the x-ray or sonogram in the background. Plus the emotional gut punch they feel after... I mean hearing you're barren will obviously be horrible news but they looked as if they lost a child more than being barren.
Up is a high quality movie I only saw once. Call me selfish, but the guy is supposed to go first. Let’s be honest, women are better at taking care of themselves. In real life, that guy in Up would have been eating beans out of the can, a bunch of un-cashed pension checks, and no clean clothes.
Yeah that stupid up movie: I took my kids to see that expecting to see the Dog with the electronic translator that translated his voice into English that was in all the trailers; But no there was 30 seconds of hearing what a dog Is actually thinking and then other 99% of the movie was sadness! Almost as bad as that new Tim Burton Pinocchio movie!
Bill singing Bear Necessities with his daughter sounds amazing.
I would pay money to see this lol
The blooper reel is probably god tier comedy.
If you had told us ten years ago that Bill would puts his children to bed by singing Disney songs, no one would believe you. That’s the power of personal growth and fatherly love😂
Not singing, REENACTING them.
Imagine trying to fall asleep to Bills voice singing to you. 😆
Bill knows all the lyrics, words and stage direction to the original Jungle Book and that is fantastic.
Up is so good, one of my favorite movies period. Makes me so sad and so happy at the same time
The first 10 mins of that movie make Me ball crying every single time I watch it
@@danielkknauer4352 crazy powerful scene that first 10 mins.
I would pay top dollar to see Bill Burr dancing and singing the Bear Necessities
If burr made audio commentaries and uploaded as a podcast that'd be perfection
I’ve got some news for ya
Thats literally what this channel is tho
I'm excited for Lola Burr's directorial debut
Keep his daughters name! Out your damn mouth!
Bill will never sound this wholesome ever Again.
Wait until he becomes a grandfather. I'll be looking forward to those stories. 😏
Amazing to hear Chris Hardwick talk about dreaming about having a kid because he and his wife just has a baby girl!

Bill sounds like a great dad 👍
My son who is now 20 cried at the beginning of up every time he watched it even when he was a teenager.
The _A Clockwork Orange_ splice was pretty great. I suppose I'm not quite ready for kids because I feel like I'd wanna watch that and not Disney stuff right now. However, _The Jungle Book_ may also be my fav.
My mom and dad let me watch Predator and Dracula when I was 4. I watched that right along with Disney and Looney Tunes.

"That'll bring down a fukin DC-10.". What a killer line.
“I get very emotional at sad things.”
Same
Bill's active in his daughter's life? Parenting done right.

That first 10 minutes of Up is so gut wrenchingly sad there's a while Wikipedia article dedicated to it. 😭😭😭
Most movies: you just gotta turn your brain off.
Bill Burr: F*ck you I'm mad.

Sub'd. Keep up the great work!

Im glad this video came back. It was gone for a while.
I have a ton of vids thay were removed

Perfect MADTV clip. "I had you for breakfast"

"Nah nah, shoes JUST barren." HAH
I mean the bear necessities slaps
doesn't work out quite that way fellas, enjoy the time with your children while they are young and they think you are magic! life happens 😌
My kids in college, still thinks I'm awesome. I'm not, and she's smart, but I'll let her be wrong on this one.

Fantastic Mr fox is 🔥 too
Honestly was never moved by the opening.
I was wondering if there was another Allenpalin and you know what.. I’m turning on the notifications of you channel my friend
Never give your child a phone
OK, I can't watch this because I haven't seen UP 😆 Now I HAVE to see it!
Lol bill had inside info about the clouds
That was my movie, this is awesome
Your guys’ conversation was triggered by The Sherman Brothers music. ❤️
Love bill talkin movies
Yo Izzy, can you do a piece on John Facenda. I think I spelled the last name wrong but the origins of NFL films including Sable is such great nostalgia.
The Disney Live Action Jungle Book was really good too.
Inside Out when Bing Bong sacrifices himself. A lot of Pixar is hard on the feelings. Almost all of Toy Story 3.
I love Ed Asner. I think I saw Bambi when I was 6 years old. It traumatized me for life. His mother died. That’s impossible. Now it’s real life. People dying around me.
He should do what the creator of Axe Cop did and create show with his daughter as the writer and director.
I had to sit through the entire twilight series because of my ex and in 5 min of UP I felt more emotion for that romance.
Whose the parent!???? lol.
What’s the song that plays at the end?
Could you ever imagine having a father like Bill Burr? You'd never find anyone to marry with having standards set so high.
glad bill's kid is growing up with these classics instead of modern drivel
Listening to Chris swear so much is cracking me up

'She's gonna be a director'
And as a mixed race female she will have permission from Hollywood.

This is a great story, that should be told by a 27 year old funny guy.
I believe Phil Harris (voice of baluu) was a celebrity
Calling Harris "a celebrity" would be a big understatement. He was quite famous in the 40s and 50s.
Wait till the reality of showing your kid, something you absolutely love and they're like this is dumb

Who is he talking to? Sounds like Pete Holmes but I'm not sure.
Chris Hardwick.

It's "oh mother natures"
It's not old
JUST EAT THE FUCKING ANTS ALREADY! JESUS! I COULD GET MONKEYS TO DO THIS SHIT! LITERALLY! ALRIGHT, EVERYBODY FROM ONE...
This is the day Bill burrs fan base changed to Fathers in their 40s and not 20s and 30-somethings. inevitable but sad
I think she did have a miscarriage and there were complications, you don't make a babies room unless you're pregnant
Did she have a miscarriage 😂😂😂
Hypoxia, haha
Disneyland sucks
I thought both of those movies sucked.
The king louis song is good though.
Jesus. The amount of estrogen the interviewer has when talking about UP
