I feel like I’m watching two different eras of krump, both buck. So it becomes more preference based when judging. I’m excited to see where ryu when he gets off. With shaykez it gives me old school gully feeling I can anticipate his movements and the pay offs are super familiar and satisfying based on where I know krump to be. Ryu feel and interpretation is crazy it’s like his style is still forming in front of us basically like goku fighting frezia right before he went super sayian. Great battle nonetheless.

6:50 shaykez in round 1 felt like a serious lesson. evil ryu came to battle. i enjoyed seeing shaykez krump deliverance more than evil ryus get off. evil ryu would pf been buck if he responded to the krump eg belt/whip and word play 'lets go back (of the bus)/lets relax). that time line concept was heavy. gave a history lesson which is buck
