Over the years there were so many bad and crappy Punk Rock bands that keep putting out albums and Annihilation Time breaks up. Society is messed up. Tragic! The music lives on. They can not take that away.
@Travis Duguay I got a little treat for y'all Same stomping grounds as RKL incestuously compétitive with their Bros AT shit even had the same style if not even better guitar virtuoso....Plus the lyrics are cool outlaw and edgy...Hail BC! ua-cam.com/video/TxpACGSBzBc/v-deo.html
This band was great at parties and more undergound shows with no rules. It would get wild as hell when they played. Giman wasnt a good place for them. Different type of scene.
Caught these 'death to false Punk Rockers' with both FYFAN (only thee most illenest Swedish DBeat EVER...straight up Annihilated AT) and OrangeSunshine ultra sick lowfi psychedelic 3piece from Amsterdam) Just about everyone at the first crowded earlier show was wise enough to drive the 30 miles to also see the later show...
How is there absolutely NO ONE moving a muscle for Annhilation Time, in their home state, in San Francisco no less, in 2009.... @ 5:00 BALD HEADED WOMAN - This is the year they broke up, no wonder :[
This was a benefit show where most of the bands playing weren't advertised on the flyer. Annihilation Time was added to the show very last minute, and played first. I'm guessing that most people around here that would turn out for an AT show had no idea they were playing at all. It was pretty weird seeing them play in front of a quiet audience, but it was a chill show overall since it was a benefit.
Well it certainly blew my mind but that explanation makes sense to me, I'm over in baltimore/DC and i've caught an AT show twice before (as well as a few flying beer cans to the face during their set) and this video just tore me up because they sounded so awesome live, just like the records. Happy to hear the show wasn't a bust and i did see halfway through a crowd of people when the camera zoomed out. cheers and thanks for the reply
Feel like a dick watching this, but I caught their SoCal shows with ANS on that tour of theirs. Likewise a very similar result, nobody but my friend and I knew the Slaughter & the Dogs cover too. Times have changed, so I think, right? I was 29, he was 26 at the time. I don't know the current scene nor do I care

Wish I was there! Great band. Reminds me of RKL.
+Rain i was listening to them today and thought man some of this reminds me of Rock and Roll nightmare from RKL. Almost like a slower version of RKL.

If I'd been there I'd be going nuts! Great great talented band. People into Blast should've supported these guys.
2 of the guys were in knife fight when they were younger and straight edge
How can they all just be standing there?
