I’m not sure if anyone else has said this to you, but watching your videos is a form of meditation for me as I feel so relaxed and calm when I do. Thank you ❤
Living in New Zealand 🇳🇿 it amazes me all the lanes tucked, away in various places are gorgeous along with your garden and gardens that you have been too.
Italy must be more pet friendly than the states. We are not aloud to take our dogs in anywhere, other than the pet store. It’s nice that Holly can go with you, and so cute that she rides the scooter.
My family own a rental property that’s like a one minute walk from the church square, along the main road there, right in front of Che Bonta. My wife and I were married last October and we were able to make it there for our honeymoon, just in time. What a wonderful video! We can’t wait to come back.
Happy Italy is beginning to open up. You are ahead of us. Bowl of cherries to die for. Love the pasta with the hole in it. Here on Cape Cod we are just beginning to figure out how to open beaches for the summer crowds. Our resident population goes from around 13,500 to over 75,000 summer when all the summer homes open. Love the flowers and the gardens. Lots of work but you are blessed to just walk outside your door and eat such freshness. Anxious to see how the flowers planted in the high stone wall are doing as the summer continues. Thanks for the posting.
Oh Nikki. That was amazing. The trip to Praiano on empty roads! The flowers were simply beautiful. What colours! I have severe envy at the minute. I wish I was in Italy, enjoying the food and the weather. Your garden is stunning too. Very well thought out. Loving your crazy paving path now that the green is coming in.
I loved your walk! To see the roads and paths so empty is a treat! And that little inlet with that blue water was soooo tempting, makes one want to jump in straight away. I’m so glad that restrictions are being lifted little by little, and that you seem to be coming out at the other end. Here in Chile we are way behind, just getting to the peak of Covid19; so our numbers go up day by day, very distressing. The capital and some other cities are in total quarantine, but there are always irresponsible people who don’t conform to rules. Our city, Viña del Mar, is not in quarantine, although I wish it were, but we and many others try to keep home as much as possible. Best wishes and hope things continue to get better!
Wow! This vlog episode was amazing! Honestly, one of the best I've seen, and I've seen all the vlogs. Thank you so much Nicki and your family. Yes, even to the cat that is not yours!
Oh my gosh - so lovely and that gorgeous unusual flower at 10:08! I've never seen such a flower - I wonder if it is a wild flower - just wow! Thanks and so happy you are able to get out and about. I know what the lack of people indicates (business-wise) but, it is really so sweet to see it quieter, hear the church bells - sigh.
Your vlog was freeing for us too! All those beautiful flowers and the gardens, just so lovely to look at! I started my herb garden, I'll let you know how it goes! Thanks Nicki!
Thanks for the trip to Priano. The sound of the church bells nearly brought tears to my eyes - I miss Italy so very much, but your videos give me my fix until we can come again. Ciao!
Ooooh Nicki..., what an eye candy video. This was great! I love all the flowers, ceramics and planter pots. Wishing I were there. Your garden is really flourishing. The hard work is paying off. Tell Carlo that the slabs on the ground look amazing. He’s given me some inspiration for my next project.
My family and I loved visiting Praino in the past - thanks for sharing your adventure today and enjoy your freedom. The flowers and greenery are beautiful. Love your garden too.
Love the the town of Priano and the ceramic pieces, flowers. Happy for Italy gaining back some freedom to meet with family and friends and shop. You all deserve it. Thank you for another pretty video of Positano.
Awhh… That was a lovely video Nicki! I am a recent subscriber & have just started binge watching all of your videos… Makes me feel happy…. Love your positivity! You’re both so blessed to have such a beautiful relationship… ❤❤ ❤
What a lovely day! Thank you for sharing. Glad to see someone else feeding treats to the pets. My husband saves a morsel from his dinner every night for our pups.
Nicki, your videos are such a delight! Thank you for all the effort you put into sharing your life in Positano. Bravo anche a Luca per lo stupendo giardino, e a Carlo per le cose creative intorno la casa.
Lovely ending to this video - would be as lovely on each of your videos - to end them in a similar manner. Really enjoyed seeing what’s planted in the garden and seeing Carlo’s cousins’ garden.
Next trip there we will definitely have to visit Praiano..looks lovely and Carlos cousins garden is soo beautiful just like yours!! I have never seen a bayleaf tree that big neither!! Thanks for sharing your days beautiful people!
My husband is from Greece and loves Rabbit too. I am no vegetarian at all but Rabbit is the only thing I cannot bring myself to it. To me they are just too cute weird human I am. Love your vlogs, I only have the pleasure to live like this when in Greece.
I really enjoy your vlogs, its a moment of downtime for me, a chance to rekindle memories of holidays past on the Amalfi coast and inspiring me to make my own english garden haven to enjoy. Since lockdown, even though I work from home anyway, I've devoted a lot more time to cooking, and taking inspiration bringing some Italian style to my seasonal english veggies. It's such a joy to have this glimpse into life in Positano.
We live in Melbourne and have visited Italy many times. Unfortunately we had to cancel our planned trip this year consequently during lockdown we have been binging on all things Italian. Your diaries are one of our favourite things to watch. We love them. Grazie 😎
Brought back memories of my visit to Praiano last year. The church is beautiful and the floor inside is so stunning ❤️. Good to see you are able to see friends and move around more x
Hi Nicki. I am amazed at the number of things that you can accomplish in a skirt/dress. LOL. Regarding salads, I don't know if you would like another recipe but....we make a salad with boiled, peeled and sliced new potatoes, cooked green beans, thinly sliced onion, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. It is delicious! We eat it both warm when it is first fixed and chilled if there are leftovers.
Thank you so much for your videos Nicki! I found your page yesterday while searching for content on Praiano and I’ve now watched many of your videos while packing for our trip. It’s so interesting seeing a glimpse into the life of a Positano resident. We went last year and simply loved it.💓 Thanks again for sharing!
I stayed in the charming hotel across from the church in Praiano in September 2018 and took the exact walk down to the piazza, it was magical! So nice to see it again!❤️
Amazing video. I’m new to your videos so I’m going through them all. We were supposed to be in Italy in 2020 but COVID changed that so it’s lovely to follow along with your travels. Thank you.
This video was fabulous ,beautiful flowers, gardens and walkways ,I go mad.. your garden just looks amazing ..when you come back from being out I always now feel like I've come home..I live in Australia so nowhere near you ..
Absolutely stunning! Praiano is a beautiful place and I hope we get to visit there whenever we come. I’m glad you put some info about the lockdown in Italy and how it’s progressing. I can read news but I’d rather hear it firsthand from you! You must feel like a bird out of a cage to be able to move about on the beautiful Amalfi Coast! Can’t wait to see more travels with you and Carlo! Your gardens are growing quickly, such a beautiful home! Ciao Nicki, enjoy the day! P.S.- your cookbook looks beautiful, can’t wait to try some recipes!!
Great tour of Praiano. It’s like your seeing it with new eyes. So glad you are able to get out more. It must be wonderful not having the crowds to contend with. Enjoy your beautiful part of the world. ❤️🇮🇹❤️Love from California
You took me on a marvelous walk. Thank you. My dad use to make Rabbit stew when we were kids, you brought back some nice memories. I can't wait to go back to Italy, specially the Amalfi Coast.
Another beautiful vlog, Nicki. This is my favorite time of year on the Amalfi coast, with all the flora. I enjoyed going along on your scooter trip to Praiano with Carlo, the visit to Carlo's relatives and their beautiful garden, and the visit to your own beautiful garden. What a lovely time of year for you to enjoy some freedom! And that Bucatini pasta looked delicious. Thanks for sharing!
I had a chuckle when Carlo said "Andiamo" as that is the phrase that my non-social husband (also not Italiano) uses when he is ready to leave a place because he is bored. Thank your for sharing your excursion.
Stunning vlog Nicki, loved the walk in Praiano so beautiful, I liked the little lizard running when you looked at zucchini in cousin’s garden 🦎, fantastic to hear you are getting your freedom back, can’t wait to return to beautiful Positano.....♥️
your home landscaping is just beautiful- very serene looking - enjoyed the trip to and walk through Praiano- I ordered the cookbook and looking forward to adding it to my little cookbook collection - nice video - take care
I had a landlord from Egypt and he raised rabbits for food as well, and I had the hardest time getting past butchering it myself as well! Glad that I'm not alone, I have lived on a farm I know where my food comes from but for some reason the rabbits were always the hardest for me to deal with, I guess that is why I don't eat rabbit 🙄 thank you for sharing, I really look forward to your videos, your channel is amazing ❤😊❤

Italy must be more pet friendly than the states. We are not aloud to take our dogs in anywhere, other than the pet store. It’s nice that Holly can go with you, and so cute that she rides the scooter.
You can bring dogs into Home Depot and stores, also some out door dinning.
I love how you take Holly everywhere with you
we can't bear leaving her behind!
I do get a litle nervous when i see her on the scooter 😨

I have not been feeling well and your videos are keeping me company and cheering me up. Thank you!

Nicki you are the most fun person, I enjoy your videos. Now I watch old ones to catch up with everything I missed in Positano. Beautiful!
Loving your diaries, I have lived vicariously through them and you and Carlo are the Italian version of Tom and Barbara from the good life!
