I just love the sound between George Naha, Todd Lanka and Steve's unique picking technique. I have loved Steve's harmonica since I first heard him in 1977. Great gig as usual. 👍👍
Appreciate it. Nice recording! For the next time, director/cameramen: when you come in for a medium shot, if you could leave the guitar player's fretboard hand in frame, that would be awesome for us guitar players trying to figure out how to play the song.
absolutely top form Steve, and great to see and hear these fine musicians ( seen the names on Sleeves) Todd and George backing. Listened to Steve since late eighties, and I did see the whole band once, forgot the venue in Cricklewood, London. Love to see Steve when he gets over to UK, very regular; thanks so much; looking forward to seeing once again this June if all goes well. SO FRESH
Somebody tell me the name of his song that says "Who'll feel sorry for the center of attention? Who'll feel sorry for the star." I keep getting that song stuck in my head and I have all of Steve's early albums but I can't find it. Been a Forbert fan since my Sr Year in highschool. I met his mom at Half & Msls one night in the lady's room. She was a doll. He looks so much like her, I had to ask if she was his mom. Help me figure out my earworm song. Please!!! 🦩
If good music was universally appreciated then the Steve Forbets and Van Morrisons of the industry would require the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to make copious additions to its floorplan. Instead, no talent hacks get elected every year.
It blows my mind how criminally under-listened and under-appreciated this man is. Hot dang, brother... what a legend.
Just like good wine, getting better as years go by......

Who needs a drummer!
Steve’s brilliant. Still going strong. Alive on Arrival a truly fantastic album that takes me back to my youth

Stevie!
‼️As always brilliant ‼️Thanks for sharing Steve👌🎶🎶
Wonderful, come in France
thanx for sharing this great footage.
Wow your voice is just as good as it always was .... splendid concert!
Also enjoying George’s Tele vibes, shades of Adam Levy and Bill F.
Great stuff, enjoying this from Ireland. Buffalo Nickel from the new album is the best song I’ve heard in a while.
🌠
Well all right
Love to listen to Steves music, awesome
🎵🆙🧚
Steve covering a couple of classics too! I wonder why Steve has the mic a little high?
Some folks find they get their voice the way they want it by leaning their head back a bit…trial and error
@@jonnycando Thanks. Now tell me why the guitarist's mic is high? What kind of guy or what is that?

I cant believe he's American, he sounds so English & his songs sound like from England. Check his passport.
I seem to have something in my eye. Wonderful.
