hanji first stage bol bol kar , second stage of chanting sirf honth hilte hai , third sirf zuban hilti hai and forth me sirf chanting chalti hai but forth stage tak pohchne k liye bohat practice chahiye hoti hai kuch years bhi lag jate hai agar sanskar ache ho to kuch months me hi stage mil jati hai. minimum 6 mala 108 full moolmantra ek om kar to nanak hosi bhi sach tak thanks
