Marty probably wasn't serious about "poaching" 4head or betraying the besties for his own benefit. He's already made the joke of 4head leaving several times so this isn't new. Especially after 4head threatened him for "jokingly" insulting the besties, Marty would understand 4head is loyal to the group so there's no chance of poaching him. In the same conversation where he asked 4head to join his crew and take all of the besties' coins he immediately asked 4head why he just doesn't join future's crew. Marty shifted this entire talk to be about what 4head would do if he was no longer part of the besties which is interesting to bring up.
It's rare for AK, Ming, Fanny, hazel, 4head, dhead and Dezmond to be online together. When they are online Ming/Fanny are mostly duo running money runs, 4head is with future/lovemore doing bozo activities, ak is solo, and dez is also solo grinding G6. In other words, everyone is doing their own thing. This is fine but what Marty is really getting at with 4head is: what will the future of the besties hold if everyone keeps doing their separate thing? Ming himself said he doesn't want to end up as a southside gangster again. Ming/Fanny would probably want to settle down in vinewood together while 4head said he never sees himself leaving the southside. Dez's 2 weeks are close. AK/dhead have thought about leaving the group multiple times and might actually leave if it becomes gg 2.0. This obviously has not and might not happen. Hopefully it doesn't. It was a major "what if" question for 4head.
Marty brought this up rudely but I don't think there was any malintent. He's pushing 4head to use foresight so 4head could look out for his own best interests. Still, I could see a problem come up where one of the besties would take Marty's words to heart because of his abrasiveness. Having conversations like these is interesting but it may also seem like you're hoping on the downfall of a group. Marty's tendency to troll and farm doesn't help with this either. Either way, Marty is probably attempting to guide 4head through a mixture of tomfoolery, humor, and hypothetical questions.
Even if it turns out true, this guidance is ironic mainly because Marty himself currently feels outcast in the oldbois and he has doubts about his own interests mattering to the group. Without getting both sides of the story 4head instantly offered Marty help after he was shot by ramee. In Marty's eyes, oldbois didn't really seem to care. Marty even projected this onto 4head earlier when he was speaking with him using a grinder mic. From Marty's POV, Lang initially refused to let him give JP back his usb/guns and he wouldn't let him have his own gun for protection. Lang would not sell circuit boards to Marty to help him build his butc farm. Like he advised 4head, Marty is wondering about his future without his current group because of this.
