Did you go to Ethiopia in 1984? And places of famine, do you want white people to just sit back and watch them die? And I'm sure it's not just white people who donate money.
Well Done my Son. Nick well done you for actually listening. Our son is speaking for millions of Afrikans. I totally agree with the word, sound an the power OF FUSE It is in the hands of the young. Pure intelligent. BIG UP FUSE OGD
Great interview. I've always said the same thing, I appreciate the sentiment but it comes from a place of ignorance. "Do they know it's Chrostmas time at all?", a continent where a vast swathe of the countries are full of Christians, many countries whom have had the religion thrust upon them by missionaries, yes they're very aware it's Christmas. Not to mention the fact that a lot of places don't celebrate Chrostmas at the same time as us, so it's not even Christmas time in Ethiopia for example Even just the line "There wont be snow in Africa" is wrong and speaks to how ill-informed the whole thing is
Well done Fuse.. could never understand “where nothing ever grows, no rain or river flows”. There are many major rivers in Africa ,and forests in abundance.. tsk miseducating the gullible.😢. Kudos to Nick for being such a respectful and attentive listener.
Fantastic! Fuse ODG excellently articulated his points with emotion but was not emotional. He delivered his views, facts and personal experiences intelligently with constructive criticism. You can only respect him; he standing up for what he believes and knows without bashing anyone!
I didn’t know much about FUSED OGD but listening to his interview I now have a greater overstanding about him and what he says about the lyrics to Band Aid makes perfect sense, I never gave it much thought until I watched this interview and for the person who created the idea to say he won’t change the lyrics is down to ignorance. Africa as a continent has always been portrayed in a negative light and I know there are lots of good things going on over there.
Well done Fuse ODG for speaking up, to identify our expectations. After 40x years of the Band Aid campaign, ... how can the need for a revamp (an upgrade) be a bad thing? 🤷🏾♂️. Come on Sir Bob Geldof be realistic, ..the Africans & their diaspora are informing you of their expectations, it's simply that.
Brilliant interview. He explained how the do gooders are subconsciously oppressing the African continent by highlighting poverty rather than a potential and support for economic development
The facts that Fuse ODG has the explain the obvious, pisses me off. The privileged ignorance is scarily unreal. Hands off to Fuse, he explained that so perfectly in a nutshell!
What do they do with all that money? I thought the saying “ give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” is an English thing. When I looked at it, it is a Chinese parable. I would have called it Insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. But this is not. They know the Band Aid not only doesn’t work but also cause lasting damage. That’s why they do it again and again every year. I met up with Bob Geldof and tried to reason out with him about the damage he’s caused but he didn’t want to listen. He has profited and if there is justice he and Band Aid has been investigated.
People like Bob Geldof know its impact for years to come. It’s so naive to think that they’ve done it for good cause. If they really care people like him would have supported the positive initiatives. Did Bob Geldof has send a tractor or a cow that enable the farmer to do better. Do they support the building of one of the biggest dam in Africa? Ethiopia has one of the best soil, weather and lots and lots of water which is a good recipe for successful agriculture. Band Aid damage the image of all Africa and it’s achieved its purpose. Band Aid says every year “ don’t go to Africa it’s dark bad and poor”
Fuse is qualified more than most to speak on this subject, it's a pity Tony Hadley ( Spandau Ballet ) just doesn't get! Tony's response was to tell Fuse, and others who agree with Fuse, to 'Shut Up'. I guess Tony would like African's to accept a bowl of rice with thanks! That response from Tony tells us all we need to know about him. I'll NEVER listen to his music ever again.
Just like the Brits needed help with Roman colonisation and INVITED royals such as the Moors and Germans, to reign over the people! Every nation in history has had help, influence one way or another!
Jusf say you don’t have the funds to visit Africa! Your royals and celebs always going there to relax and take a break from chaos in the west. As I grow older I’m beginning to think your Elites don’t want the truth to come out or else it will become messed up with chaos like the western circus and ideology!!
Fuse talking about wanting to change Africa from Africa. Yet he comes back to UK Clubbing the rest of the year. Plus people in Africa can't even leave Africa because they can't get a visa. Most of them cant even afford to leave the outskirts, let alone travel to a different country. All though the songs wording were not always correct, but his way of wanting to promote Africa is simply not healthy.
It's about time we speak about we, with solutions that is best for we. Big up Fuse
I bet you've live in mass poverty and starvation, sat on your phone or laptop watching UA-cam
Well said Fuse, proud of you brother! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🖤🖤🖤
Yes, brother!!! Well said❤❤❤
Love this, thanks for representing us Fuse, everyone needs to hear this perspective 👌🏾

With all the Money these people say they have raised…where does it all go?? 👀👀
In the white man pockets!! corrupt thugs

Your his dad ?
Finally thank you Fuse for this. Also Band Aid should be singing for Ethiopian not Africa.
I’m proud of you man, you speak with clarity of mind Bourne out of a pure love for mother Africa.
Has the guy ever been to Africa I wonder, it's a pretty big continent, not just Ghana.
Tell him to stop in ghana then instead of grifting in europe

Great interview! I hope the host learned something, but I know I did.
African smile for our west African brother 🫡
Well done Fuse. You articulated your views respectfully and positively. It's a Dialogue not a Monologue. Piaww......Period.
Great way to articulate our point of view Fuse ODG. This should be shared throughout the world!
Well done brother fuse 👍🏾

Good stuff from Fuse knowledge and facts .👏🏽
True brother bang on point.
Thank you Fuse for telling them the truth..they should stop exporting their societals problem to Africa.Africa can do well on its own
When?
What kind of question is Ferrari asking? "What would you like your child to identify as". What does this have to do with what ODG is saying?
It’s white man question it’s the kind of BS they ask!
Thats Ferrari... a very divisive man. I will never trust him... when he leaves LBC he will end up on GBNEWS
Well done, Fuse. Hope to see you in Accra for Detty December.😂
Am very much interested in the app! Bless up Fuse ODG 👍🏾
African Solutions for us, BY US.
Ok stop immigrating then to usa canada if africa is so good
Thumbs up 👍 Fuse
Thoughtful, intelligent young man. Terrible music though.
Big up Fuse
Those songs were about celebrity flexing and a money grab....!
I listen to your songs 😊

Fuse respect my brother 🙏🏿 ❤
ODG!❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bob Geldof know his motives, and anybody who was helped would be grateful
Brillient speaker a young man who knows how to promote his people and country, Bob Geldof is promoting victimisation
We stop giving no one would be alive
Lyrics of lies those fund raising songs were nauseating!....
Never even listen to the lyrics, but I hear the point. That famine was in certain part of Ethiopia
Amen!!

Am sick of giving money to these african grifters
Well spoken mister Fuse: @SirBob: spend the money on Ukraine and Israël/Gaza.
@Mr. Fuse: it’s 2024: quit the autotune.
Oh Fuse, why are you saying this?
My village doesn't have electricity or good roads.
We need money, you are rich💰 singing for the Whytz

than work you lazy africans. Stop begging other countries for me

He is saying a lot, but not sure the Bob Geldof is to blame for African loss
What’s this Ghana man doing there
He's a British boy who just have a strong link to his heritage
Making sense that's what he doing.
