I am following below procedure to reduce my gall stones,pcos issue, will it work?- Reduced sugar intake, cut on dairy, taking herbs to reduce insulin resistance (eg. soaked methi water,karela,jamun,neem juice only in morning time), no tomato and spinach, exercise, vitamin D supplement for calcium stones, taking herbs to increase liver function (eg. Aloevera juice,wheatgrass juice along with triphala,giloy tulsi juice, apple cider vinegar only in morning time), low carb and medium fat diet, for immediate pain relief taking Epsom salt 1tbs in warm water 2 times at a gap of 2 hours and using heating pad, sleeping on the right side only after at least 1.5 hours of having food, eat fruits mostly apples and anjeer after soaking, taking bile supplement after every meal, pro+pre biotic with apple juice in morning, if constipation is there which should be present in case of people having gall stones, use fish oil capsules before sleeping, organic turmeric to heal internal injuries, vegetable salad (should include beetroot and carrot) only in the afternoon before food not in the night, home medicines berberis vulgaris 4 times a day, M49 gbs flush 4 times,feel tuari, colestronium,nux vomica, china 30 (follow half an hour rule), no outside food only idly and dosa(without oil) with coconut chutney (only in limited quantity), little bit extra virgin olive oil in food in the afternoon. I am on my way to treat my gallstones, It will take time.
Listen Mam I am a doctor by profession to be really honest you need to understand the fact that efficacy of ultrasound is dependent upon the radiologist who is doing it MRCP is a necessary diagnosis but everybody cannot afford it and in regard to whatever you have written the management which you have given I am really thankful that you are following it and you are also advising to people on my channel that is really nice but you should understand the fact that the diet management medicine and the plan of treatment depends upon the patient state in which he is which includes the size of the stone the liver function the stool test and the liver lipid profile
moreover if you are prescribing filter equally Saranam next week and China to yourself we should understand the fact that I don’t feel like you are a homeopathic doctor because if you would have been then you would have take a next Nux Vomica and China in different potencies I hope you are intelligent enough to understand my statement
