Brexit happened in 2020. And for SAARC I think we need to resolve the Indo Pak conflict on Kashmir as they both are the regional hegemon and create obstacle for each other and this is the main cause of SAARC failure. Another thing is to launch one currency and I suggest that rupee will be the best as it is the stronger currency amoung the SAARC countries.
