I tried to contact with supercell but they did not do anything about it and that glitch doesnt only occur to me in play store's comments there are a lot of people mentioning this bug and they say they cant play the game anymore

Even though the pass now cannot be bought for gems, and the new brawlers are in early access for a price, the amount of gems you will get will probably last a few updates with the amount of skins you will get. Most of the value of gems in CR comes from leveling up, which is not that important for you there, as you are maxed.
