My honest suggestion is to make your own cooking channel or provide detailed recipes in this channel. I have learnt a lot from you how same ingredients can be used to make new dishes (in UK) as i moved here few months back. More detailed cooking videos would be really helpful.

Yes because chicken here are put in water when they are halal done.. because they put into hot water to pull skin off its quicker as I have been told and water absorbed into fresh chicken
Salam sis... my tip for dry chicken is wash the chicken first and leave it to drain in the strainer and start making your other food, if the chicken been washed and out the way for an hour then it wont release water.
