सर मैं एक डिपार्टमेंट क्लर्क पोस्ट पर नौकरी करता था। बाद में दूसरे विभाग में वरिष्ठ क्लर्क की भर्ती निकली तो मैंने कार्यालय से अनुमति लेके परीक्षा दी। बाद में मेरा चयन हो गया फिर विभाग ने मुझे धरनााधिकार के साथ 2 साल की अवधि के साथ क्लर्क पोस्ट का रिलीव किया। मैंने फिर से नए विभाग में शामिल होने के लिए वरिष्ठ लिपिक पद पर 2 महीने में काम करने के बाद नए विभाग में आवेदन किया, मुझे काम नहीं करना है, मुझे अपने पुराने विभाग पर जाना है, मुझे केवल धरनााधिकार के तहत कार्यमुक्त किया जाएगा। पर 3 महीने हो गए पर उनका जवाब नहीं आया, आवेदन लंबित है तो मैं क्या करूं कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें।

Aapka prashn padhne ke bad mujhe lagta hai ki yah quashing ke liye achhi case NAHI hai. Magar aap Puri charchit dikhakar aapke choice ke kisi expert lawyer ki properly Salah lijiye. Maine Jo kuchh bataya vah charchit bade Bina aur sirf aapka prashn padhakar hi bataya hua hai.
