CN Stack Train 183 Northbound Stops While Entering The Siding Then Notches Up With Smoke

The trains that take the hole often stop before this crossing to reduce the time of it being blocked(they're often short enough to clear the crossing but otherwise the tail blocks it). But this was the first time I saw a train stop WHILE they were taking the hole.
