I have the same issue on my xbox one, everytime I play the game I have no star-cards and all my skins, cards and emotes are locked including some heroes like Obi-Wan, Grevious and Anakin.

BB9-e is the anti hero of bb8. The black ball has a special ability that electrocutes and has ridiculous knockback which is how I got pushed right into the pulse cannon 💀
