attempt to open this case was one of the most terrible experiences in my life
Is the grey insert removable (so that you can put other toiletries in the case)? Looks like there isn’t much room in the travel case.
@@SebastianFlox-xv5ox there is no useful space there. only a recess for the razor and the razor stand and a blade holder on the back of the case. and that’s it. ridiculous design
@@grishayampolsky Thanks. It’s as if the person who designed the case has never traveled! Or perhaps the brief was to make people angry, in which case, they have succeeded triumphantly.

Worst packaging ever. Struggling to open the box. Pushing the tab up doesn't help.
This razor and case should be free. I have had this for a week and still can’t open the case. Did Gillette glue the case together. This is crazy.

2 methods to open this case:
for either methods you need to hold the case with the cover/lid facing you and the hook bended toward you like it was shown on video/package.
1. try to pry it open with you finger at the neck level of the case, below the hook and above the notch on sides.
2. if you don't mind breaking the hook, push the hook with your thumbs forward and downward(push the hook away from you).
this case shouldn't exist.
I used a butter knife to pry the case open. It worked.

Did everything as shown but absolutely cannot open the case. Please would someone from Gillette tell me how to open this case which feels as if it's stuck down with superglue.

仔細看，盒子的上下端有個卡榫，先把下面的卡榫用一字起子往下面的縫隙撬開，就很好開了👍但還是個不好的設計，誰旅行會隨身攜帶工具🥲

This is an ever worst product in my life to try to open. The main reason is we should not learn before how to open. Normal people must know easily without learning. Do Not Buy. You will be very angry.
