I remember this coming out in my middle school years! Seeing how much time has passed is jarring to say the least. I got special effects signed as a deluxe edition and it will forever hold a "special" place in my collection. These collabs on this album forever have changed how i view music can mingle and create new sounds.

This song.... it was meant to be. I enjoy many of Tech N9ne collaborations.... Fragile, Speedom, Straight out the Gate, If I Could..... This goes far and beyond even them which are all very good songs. I discovered Tech N9ne only recently, but is now my favorite rap artist, and Slipknot is easily my favorite rock/metal band. A whole collaboration album with Corey Taylor/Slipknot would be amazing. Both sides of the track/artists sync perfectly with each other, have similar tones, and range, but even more so both parts feed off of each other perfectly. This shows any artist what a true quality rock-rap song is, and has set the bar and standard higher than any before it.
Every song that has released has been very different from the other. I think that's really the point of this album. I bet we're gonna hear a lot of different stuff on Special Effects

As a diehard metalhead, I never thought I'd say this. Tech N9ne is a great rapper. He's one of the few who uses actual instruments and sings about real stuff in his music, and I respect him for that. He also collabs with metal artists. It gives me a sense of unity, how he's a maggot.

I remember this coming out in my middle school years! Seeing how much time has passed is jarring to say the least. I got special effects signed as a deluxe edition and it will forever hold a "special" place in my collection. These collabs on this album forever have changed how i view music can mingle and create new sounds.

As a long time fan of both SlipKnot and Tech I highly enjoyed this I don't listen to much rap I'm mostly into heavy metal but this blew me away it's just a great mix of rap and metal love how Corey got to scream in this song and not just sing I'm definitely going to buy this album hopefully tech does another song with Corey or maybe does a song with another famous heavy metal artist would be awesome to hear how that goes

This song.... it was meant to be. I enjoy many of Tech N9ne collaborations.... Fragile, Speedom, Straight out the Gate, If I Could..... This goes far and beyond even them which are all very good songs. I discovered Tech N9ne only recently, but is now my favorite rap artist, and Slipknot is easily my favorite rock/metal band. A whole collaboration album with Corey Taylor/Slipknot would be amazing. Both sides of the track/artists sync perfectly with each other, have similar tones, and range, but even more so both parts feed off of each other perfectly. This shows any artist what a true quality rock-rap song is, and has set the bar and standard higher than any before it.

brilliant song. Took me a few listens to truly appreciate it. That's what you need to do when a song is unique, your brain doesn't recognize it, because of that so many people won't give music like this a chance. Mainstream is always successful because it's essentially the same 12 sounds over n over. Your brain has heard it and automatically connects. This is not that type of song, good work.
