I’m fine with the rear storage, real estate in a car (especially when batteries are involved) is a struggle and I think they did the best they could with the space they had.

Nice review as always. How do you feel about the cargo situation? Don’t really like the shelf system or lack of flat loading floor with seats down
Thank you, Sam. I do wish there was a flat floor in the cargo area that lines up with the seats when they fold flat but this was the compromise Toyota made to fit the hybrid battery in the back.
Lately I've been getting Toyota of this model, if you guys can keep thecsame apr I'll get one I need a v8 6.3 and I need a flat rear seats that tuck flush ..

Of course, all of the Grand Highlander UA-camrs should point out that build out time is a minimum of 12 months - at least per Florida Toyota dealers - and every dealer only gets a single digit allotment. For example the next one coming to the nearest busy Toyota dealer by where we live is in 31 days. You should not fall in love too quickly unless you are in the mood for a long courtship.
