Jimi may very well BE Joe Satriani---anything is POSSIBLE
Ride on on pontiac you got her exactly right.. can you imagine a jam betwixt jimi Eddie van Halen and joe Satch-'mo'at th same darn time??? Neither can I!!!
I love Satch and i love Jimi, but honestly i think a lot of those 60s blues based guys including Jimi would think it was soulless flashy BS. i actually think had he lived he would not have had nice things to say about Eddie Van Halen and so on. i was a teen in the 80s so i get it, i do not think those guys would have got it.
Joe Satriani can be just magic, not more, not less.
i didnt know hitman was such a great musician
Haytam RATED R *Agent 47

wow...lol
Haytam RATED R hahahahaa
Nailed it
Of all the instrumental guitarists out there, JOE is the purest so far as a rock foundations goes. I. love it that he's stayed true to his roots. Best of the best. There's Joe, then everyone else!
KEN Johnson I agree. There’s so many great guitarists but joe really seems to sing through his guitar
KEN Johnson damn right brother. The passion this guy plays with is just as good as his skills. He’s a huge inspiration to my playing
Gary Moore & Jeff Beck. Blow By Blow & Wired are still my favorite instrumental albums. Surfing With The Alien is up there. Joe is a beast!
ok, time to make some new buckethead fans...
listen to this and the true god will be revealed

Mari Torronto Buckethead is great, but sorry dude, I personally like Satriani better.
That joe satriani reveal is so wholesome.
Each of Satch's songs has more melodies than 100 modern pop songs.
Flying in a Blue Dream is the very definition of Cool.
its too cool the generation today will never appreciate musicians like him...classic and timeless!
@@shocked65 I'm 17 and I appreciate it! Satriani is my favorite artist :D
@@thedragonofthewest5789 same
This was the best collaboration of artists in his band ever .
Guitar legend 🎸😎 amazing massive respect always
OMG I am playing since almost 35 years guitar at least I thought it 😂 he must be from another planet , thank you Joe
Absolutely one of the best ever ...i haven't heard one bad song from him
He has plenty but the amount of amazing songs over his entire career can’t be topped
i will was a never give a fuck forthat gay
One of my favorite guitarists of all time. Love you, Joe, you helped me through my childhood with your music, more ways than just one!
Thank you VEVO for bringing a world of light through music in a world of darkness!
Saw him in 1994 in Cleveland. He was literally feet from me. The effortless play of ridiculously good guitar skill was unreal. He’s the best. Period.
Hes a god....but i dont know about being the best guitar player.....certainly up there but....saw a guy called guthrie govan...and he at least sounded as good as satch. But satchs mucis has melody🙌
Best G3 I ever attended. '96 (hard to believe it was that long ago). Satriani, Johnson, and Vai. Even being in the same county, much less the same building, with those immortals was something I will treasure the rest of my life.
I saw Joe play back in the early 90's when I was a kid. I swore on everything holy that I was going to get a guitar and do the same thing. Well, here it is 2023 and I can tell you that I am a professional truck driver. lol But I listen to Joe when I am on the road, so...yeah, it kind of worked out...
A big smile on my face... And tears in my eyes... Absolutely top of the top...!!! 👍😍
I'm just amazed at how Joe gets that sound at that volume with the notes and harmonics he is playing and being able to control the feedback and sound like he does..he is not only a guitar master soloist but also a master at sound
Spot on mate Satch is an absolute genius!! I watched him in Cardiff, South Wales in a small venue just a few rows back from the stage and he was totally mesmerising!!
Going to see him tonight!!! Sooo excited, can’t believe this
This is one the most beautiful guitar pieces ever written.
There are no better guitar player 8n tbis centuru over him.I can put the list of players in last 50 years, and they are not evem close to this person, reason is so simple:harmony with guitar!if you listen carefully, the are 1.body and soul!...after that I can say Steve Wau,slash, prince,Vlatko stefanofski...and many more but he passed the game...alll stages...head down forewer
😎 one of the worlds greatest guitar players!! Thank you!!!! 🥰
