TMBT 2018 - 100km

A hiking trip around Mt. Kinabalu, just enjoying the beautiful scenery Sabah has to offer!
Even though this is the third time I doing this distance, I learn that in this distance, a lot can happen even though you might be "comfortable" with it.
Unlike Full Marathon where you can just push through and the next aid is only a few meter away. Here, you are going to be in the forest for a whole day and sometime alone in the dark where the next help is further than you think.
But I guess is the solidarity that this distance and the mountain provide is one of it kind. Just being alone running along the scenery is always better than running with a huge group of people in the city during a marathon, well for me at least.
There a saying where you will definitely curse and mumble during the biggest climb on the trail, but when you reach the finish line, all of that would be wipe away as if the Men In Black memory flash away and you will come back wanting more... After going through 3 of these "hell", I couldn't agree more :P
