Laundry cost seems very high. In Thailand, I paid about US$ 20 per month and my salary was over 1,400 Dollars. Also, no nention of the cost of eating out.

Yeah but she's WAY closer to the U.S. It won't cost her over a thousand dollars just to fly home to visit family and friends.
