It's pretty embarrassing when something as cheap as a mass market Toyota Highlander comes with controls in the back that lets you remotely drop the rear seats but a Bentley no longer has that feature. This is how VW is starting to cheapen their premium brands such as Bentley and Lambo, meanwhile BMW is being smart and keeping Rolls Royce very exclusive and distinct from their BMW counterparts.
@Joshua Knighten not really the case lol, people that can afford to purchase or more then likely lease these vehicles, are most definitely going to care about a $2-3k bill, if they didn't care about money like that they wouldn't be in the position to get a vehicle like this most of the time, of course they have some exceptions but the general rule of thumb, if you see a wealthy person just throw away or not care about money even small sums, they won't be wealthy for long.
also, the battery on that tablet is going to be terrible after 5-10 years if you can't replace it easily. like probably won't even last 10 minutes off the charger bad, and it'll only get worse
@Conor I completely agree. For years Top Gear was the only program I watched on normal British TV, I've streamed or downloaded everything else for atleast 8 years probably more. The new new new Top Gear is just slapstick crap apart from Chris Harris solo stuff which tends to end up on youtube, TGT I got bored after 3 or 4 eps and the people around VINwiki, Hoovie, Casey Putstch, Doug the mexican stig, etc are epic, there are two brits "Seen through glass" is epic (has actually been on VINwiki about his f1 drive) he has lots of content that has surprised me, the guy seems to work his ass off. If you go into their configurator for the Speed spec the new Bentayga does come in a 7-seat configuration. It's an option but it takes away the picnic tables and only comes in Beluga leather. You know pushing a 7 seater with a 12 cylinder is how you want to roll.

bentley is my favorite luxury car brand but the bentayga gets a “meh” from me. it’s nice on the outside but interior leaves much to be desired. i’ve noticed this a lot with other luxury brands. sleek design on the outside but the interior is mediocre, yet they still want 200k+ for all that plastic...
The exterior is pretty meh as well to me. They didn't do enough to differentiate it from the VW Atlas which is sad considering the entry price. Genesis GV80 is significantly better looking in my opinion and it's less than half the price.
Looks like Audi SQ7 of the highest trim level and ugly optics. Marketing guys will earn a good annual bonuses for that invention - how to sell Q7 at +50% price.

BCGTR yep i think all those cars are on the same platform, no complaints here. They are all excellent cars, it comes down to what you can afford, the sq8 is the best bang for your buck. Baby urus basically.

It’s shocking how cheap that interior looks. It has a few “oh cute” but overall it looks like a Ford Explorer Platinum Edition. Very disappointing.
That "very responsive" screen's "instant" changes sure seemed to have a lot of lag.
If you call that a lot of lag you have no clue about car infotainment.
@@cooltwittertag The fact that systems with more lag exist doesn't mean that this one isn't laggy. He said it changes "instantly", and it doesn't. The one in my 2017 Ford Fusion is far more responsive than this one.

I love the Bentayga... one of my goals is to purchase a luxury SUV, but this one does seems like a few corners have been cut. I wonder if the same holds true on the Speed edition W12. The drive is still amazing though.

If you go into their configurator for the Speed spec the new Bentayga does come in a 7-seat configuration. It's an option but it takes away the picnic tables and only comes in Beluga leather. You know pushing a 7 seater with a 12 cylinder is how you want to roll.

bentley is my favorite luxury car brand but the bentayga gets a “meh” from me. it’s nice on the outside but interior leaves much to be desired. i’ve noticed this a lot with other luxury brands. sleek design on the outside but the interior is mediocre, yet they still want 200k+ for all that plastic...
It’s surprising how much the interior/ steering wheel controls etc remind me of my Audi SQ5

The exterior is pretty meh as well to me. They didn't do enough to differentiate it from the VW Atlas which is sad considering the entry price. Genesis GV80 is significantly better looking in my opinion and it's less than half the price.
