    0:18 1. headfirst shallow distance dive (0:20 represents emergency dive)
    0:27 2. 50m front crawl head high (0:30 represents swim approach)
    0:46 BB. (Breathing Break) after the 5th exhale, fully inhale
    0:57 3. 2x 12,5m underwater pull-down breaststroke, with another BB in between (1:01 represents breaking wave)
    1:14 4. head first surface dive to 4m deep (1:20 represents casualty search)
    1:26 5. 25m forward eggbeater with one arm up and the other sculling, alternating each time your chin touches the surface (1:34 represents casualty towing)

    My ears are hurt when I dive over 2 meters.

      Dat Vo dive slowly, equalize by yawning or chewing. Else use your fingers to block your nose and press reeeaaally carefully! Take care!
