hey Luke, thanks for the glass dolphin enclosure tip. Don't use glass panes, use glass blocks! I don't say thanks because I'm trying to house a dolphin, I say thanks because glass panes are worse than blocks. But we build them because they're cheaper eh? The issue I had with glass panes is this: I have an iron/raid farm (with three villagers under a pool of water, constantly scared of a zombie in a boat, right next to them) so with fear factor I've got golems spawning constantly (unless I leave the area, sometimes the farm needs to restart?). the golems instantly smelt with a block of lava suspended by signs u know? This is combination raid farm as well. There's a pillager outpost not far at all from here, I cheese raids with it. Last raid, I guess I got alittle cocky, I let a ravager see me inside a glass pane enclosure. Once he saw me, he focused on me, and not the dying golem in the pool (all the raiders die with the golem. It is fantastic design!). anyway once he saw me, the panes did very little to protect me and I died because he managed to kill me through the panes (air blocks kind of). I was even holding a totem and still couldn't stop it. With what I'm saying, if you build an enclosure out of glass panes, make sure they don't see you in there or you make it larger than my room (which is only 3X3).

But the librarian will only sell limited amounts of glass before his stock runs out and villagers take like a day to restock Whereas mining sand gives you tons of glass at one time (obviously by smelting the glass)
Noclip Freya Redstone traps are better, but they require more skill than making a sextuple beacon. But, both have their advantages over the other. Redstone traps are better if you know that there is no way the mobs can get in and the beacon is better if you are going face to face. However, both are very nice to use together
