dieting is a super risky topic to talk about boys, i understand that you’re just giving advice based on your experience, but you also have to remember who your audience are and how you can influence them. i feel as though recommending tracking calories or depriving yourself to loose weight isn’t the answer, yes being in a calorie deficit does make you loose weight but you don’t have to be hungry or deprive yourself to loose weight you can eat high volume foods that are low in calories, and tracking calories can turn into horrible things. i absolutely love the poddy boys but just be weary when talking about subjects like these.
using an online calorie calculator is a very good start, just fill everything out truthfully and you should be good to go!! Also a good thing to do as a female is to quickly search the different types of foods that benefit your cycle, because females have a 28 day cycle they benefit more from eating different types of food at the different stages compared to a man whop has a 24 hour cycle.
