For GTA V I remember there's a case woth 25000 in-game $ that buried underwater in one sunken construction in the ocean from the western side of the map (I don't know what that is tho). You just have to swim there, collect one pack, save-load, dive again for respawned 25000$, and voila: Franklin now have more than enough money for 4-slot vehicle garage on Grove Street (and some leftover money for a very cheap car like Albany Primo or Karin Rusty Rebel, or for a very cheap bike).
Have to do some salt here: In GTA2 you could ignore running over people people and use the 2 weapons you passed by to kill them instead. Also staying on foot might be faster the trying to get a car through that area. Then in London 69: is that first mission really that slow? Maybe finishing that mission with a wanted level will be faster than your way.
Actually technically you didn't lose any stars in GTA Liberty city stories because it's a glitch or not really glitch but if you don't kill enough people in a short period of time like if you run over someone that you don't kill any more people then it flashes the star or I'm not sure if it no it doesn't flash a star in the basically storage but it pops up the star and takes it away because you didn't they can't tell you did a crime
I think the rules of this specific challenge should be changed because you start with NO WANTED LEVEL and you cant loose a wanted level if you dont got any. So i think we should add and modificate two rules to make this work: 1- You need to have at least a Wanted level of 1 2- The timer starts when you reached that wanted level and it ends when you avoid it. I dont know, i just say.
Alright then, it's 1 second for each game since I will just get the wanted level right next to a police bribe and pick it up imediately. Doesn't sound like a fun video now does it?

In gta 3, you can police bribe by doing save replay then star and lose it by pressing f1 button
