I can't say that I was a fan of this. So much time was spent on the FL getting bullied, there wasnt much time for their relationship to be seen growing. This made it feel rushed. The FL's acting was alright, but her character was written as being a doormat that only made a token effort to stand up for herself. Instead of feeling sorry for her, i wanted to slap her until she grew something resembling a spine. I liked the ML considerably. He didn't tolerate anyone bullying his wife, not even his mother.
