What a ride, absolutely stunning and love the commentary. Do take care of yourself out there tho, it’s ok to accept defeat sometimes and live to fight another day.
Excellent effort at the end you said you should a quit earlier .....in hind sight I bet your glad you stuck it out till the end . well done ....cycling rock like a hurricane i love it
Excellent effort bud. Many people would have quit but you carried on 👍🏻 that’s fighting spirit. Good commentary and a well put together video keep it up. And your voice isn’t annoying 😂
Great video. I did the SDW in 2008 it took 15 hours, I was 52 though. It is a fantastic trip. I have also done it over two days which gives you a little more time to smell the roses.
I don't really train per se. I ride my bike a lot! The closest I come to training is a nice 50k loop around the Thames that is my go-to if I'm not riding anywhere specific
Solid ride - i ran it 2 years ago and am planning on riding it in a day early next year. You're right its a beautiful route.
Magic!
WOW - Awesome effort. "A Good Man Always Knows His Limitations". Looks like you just got to know yours.
Those last 4 hours probably made you mentally fitter. Well done - seriously, well done.
Great ride and commentary. 🚴
Thanks! 👍
Epic ride dude, this is on my list for next year!

Nice video for my Sunday morning recovery 🙌🏼🚲
It's a tough one. I live locally and have done it a few times- the last 3 climbs are a killer.
Brilliant video m8, I plan on doing it in 2 weeks time as a charity ride, well done!
Nice one! I did it yesterday, one of my favourite trails to ride. Glad you got it done 💪
@@CycleXplorer thanks. I love your vids btw :) very inspiring
@@WeekesWheels thank you very much that's very kind. You've got a good number of adventure videos I'll have to work through for my own inspiration!
