This song easily saved my life in 2014, I was in such a dark place and I remember going through Rehab for well over a month with no music and i wanted to listen to this song so badly. the day I was clean and got out it was the first thing I listened to and nothing in the world ever meant so much to me and sounded so beautiful. it still is one of my favorite songs of all time 9 years later. and it still stands the test of time in almost 2024. and will forever. Life was just so much simpler back then but we had all the best convenience and fun of early modern technology and social media before it was tainted. probably why this ultra euphoric and like electro--bliss era of music was so beautiful, and so short lived. idk im 30 so i cant speak for everyone lol

Every track/remix i listen to by these. I've always enjoyed. They captivate what is true about trance, even if they all sound 'similar' there still amazing remixes/tracks! They have a specific style, and if it works for them, then I say good for them! If they want their own style then let them have it!

This song is very great that in all the remixes it is still an awesome song.
Watch Anatomy of a Megamix, every last second of it and you'll learn why all of their tracks are similar to one another. After that download summer of love international departures volume 2 and listen to all 50 or so tracks. They're musical masterminds and can re-use the same track in multiple different mixes making everything similar but every last song they will ever make can flow into one another if they want to do it that way. It's more extraordinary than anything else.

The MS54 remix of promises will always be tops, but this is class. In trance I trust!
Right and while that's understandable, think about this, what if they don't want to change their sound? In a lot of cases, a lot of artists tend to change over time, their sound doesn't stay the same, take the old A&B vs. the New A&B for example. I'm thinking M&S54 are trying to avoid changing their sound, because their sound is what people began to love.

Shit im sure my tracks have similarities, but that doesn't mean it isn't skill. If the listener can enjoy it, that's what matters. Doing what you love, that's what matters. Not some guy on youtube calling someone elses remix pathetic.

Who cares what they should do? The fans should! And the fans are, I AM a fan of these two. It's not like I didn't like the first couple of summer of love remixes I heard from them.. such as ones for Above & Beyond.. however you get tired of hearing the same shit over and over again, especially when it's not THAT good. Everytime I see a new preview for a Summer of Love remix by M&S54 I go into it hoping to hear something similar, yet new. But it's not neww.. it's tooo similar to be new.

In my opinion, the only better-sounding remix of this song is the dubstep version remixed by Seven Lions :) I really do love trance but, somehow, this remix doesn't sound THAT good ... still, Myon & Shane 54 is one of my favorite music producers :)

yes it has a very mainstream sound but it's not too bad, it does have a fun and energetic vibe and the vocalist has a great voice.
There is a difference between having your own unique sound and everything sounding exactly the same. I wouldn't expect someone who has DJ in their name, yet uploads nothing close to even a mix, let alone a production. Producing takes talent, and skill, something your trolling does not contain.
