I’m glad someone agrees giving up jj was a bad decision. It was crazy to see the RAIDERS let Jacobs go then say we want to be physical , tough when we run the ball tha was wild.
Got it together!? They hired a GM and a Coach, that's it! They've done this before. 🤷🏾♂ Time will determine what evolves from this point, PERIOD! Optimistic, sure...Been there too! So pump your brakes and let time show you what is what...We will definitely see! #R4L
I don't think we did offer him more but even if your correct on that we have a losing culture right now and running backs don't have long in the league as far as trying to get a big payday
It all sounds good just like last year and we ended up 4-13. Until we start winning on the field, I’m not getting excited. Hondo predicted 10-11 wins this year and the team gave up after the loss to Carolina.
We’ll win a few more games. Hopefully we’re a sneaky good team and sneak out close wins. Don’t care if we make the playoffs this year. Just remember how bad the past regimes have been blowing 20 pt leads when Mc Daniel’s was coach and losing every close game with Pierce. I believe in Carroll and Spytek bc they understand what it takes to win… they wouldn’t have let Carr or Jacob’s leave the building without adequate replacements. Guys like Amik Roberson would still be Raiders bc they epitomize, everything it is to be a Raider. Probably even Tae too lol but I’m coo on bruh fr. RN4L🏴☠️💯
It was a sound prediction - we could easily have won 10 games with better coaching and better luck with injuries and turnovers. Most of the teams in the NFL are "mid", and they can have a top 5 pick or make the play-offs entirely on coaching and luck. If we changed nothing except hiring any OC other than Getsy, and started O'Connell and McCormick over Minshew and White, then I don't see any reason that we wouldn't have beaten the Broncos for the 7 seed.
Yea Telesco never seemed to support AP. He even thought it was necessary to tell everyone in an interview that AP wasn't his choice. He didn't need to say that.
@@bringthenoyz Even though his intentions were good, that was a terrible decision by Mark Davis. AP was doomed as soon as Mark didn't remove the interim title from Champ Kelly.
There are a lot of "NFL QBs" in the league right now that are worse than Aiden O'Connell... if you're waiting for a QB that can win games all by himself then you'll be waiting for a very long time.
@marcuscooper9544 out of the other 31 starters, maybe there are 5 who are at the level of O'Connell or worse. And out of those 5 you could easily make a case that all of them are better than O'Connell. He literally could be the worst starting QB in the league. That's not a stretch. So, no there are not "a lot" of starting QB'S worse than him. Maybe......maybe, tops 5.
I don’t think Jacobs wanted to stay.. He’s not the first player who was done after the rookie contract. Khalil Mack wanted out. Amari Cooper wanted out. AB was talking trash on Derek Carr before he was out. The organization is a joke that’s all.
Facts like. This video good hit it right on I know AP isn't a bad coach that's why I say ur still paying him keep him in the building to sit n learn n for the players to have some familarity then have him be the HC after Pete Caroll retires n all that changes is the coach to keep the ball rolling
Telesco didn't sabotage AP, and he didn't bring in Whitehair over Van Roten (who was below average at best) all by himself - that was on Getsy... just like the decision to start Minshew over O'Connell, and just like the decision to start the worst RB on our roster in week 1. The pieces were all there on the bench - the coaches just failed to put them on the field until it was too late.
Since AL died Mark has screwed things up every decision. As long as Mark Davis moving forward makes no decisions. You know he didn't make this decision! TB
Stop overrating Gruden. The Raiders went to the Super Bowl in 2002 after he left. They went to the playoffs in 2021 AFTER HE left. Everything happens for his Raider teams after he leaves. I you can't tell me trading Khalil Mack made the team better. How good would the Raider defense have been with Maxx Crosby and Khalil Mack?
This entire RB discussion has been moot - to date, regardless of who has lined up ( or not ) in the backfield : Meaning, the Raiders have, chronically, mismanaged the position ( à la our gov’t and our funds ) - since Big Al shoehorned Marcus Allen into his ( proverbial ) doghouse. ( Fortunately, for the ‘Nation ) I know, for a fact, that Coach Carroll fancies the position - look no further than ‘ Beast Mode. ’ 🏴☠️💨🍃
Sad that shady Brady had to join the ownership group to supposedly create a united front we will see what happens we’re just the fans I’m hoping it works out
Gruden had to trade Mack. He offered him the richest contract for a defender in the league and Mack screwed the Raiders. Gruden got picks for him, at least he didn’t cut him.

I am always tired of hearing that they didn't pay Jacobs, we offered more than the Packers. He wanted to leave.
Yup n even if we paid him it wouldn’t have made us a winning team .

Josh Jacobs said that Telesco did not want to work something out and he was willing to work with them.
Get over it. There's plenty of other running backs to choose from. Good ones in the draft every year. It's not at all like the quarterback position.

You say this every year 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
sounds like a poorly ran organization
Build around AOC
I’m going disagree here. The GMs under Gruden and McDaniels were united with the coaches or at least did what they were told by them,
It started with McKenzie until it went Gruden's way or the highway and he's the worst at personnel decisions.
New year, same spiel

You meant Spytek and Pete not Ziegler lol
Go sign Chris Godwin and draft Ashton Jeanty
As for QB?
I’m still mad because we didn’t hire a offensive minded coach
We have one in the box in Brady, your saying he doesn’t know offense?
You're mad cuz they didn't get a coordinator that hasn't proven Jack as a head coach over a Super Bowl winner? Okay!
What a dumb title.
That's how it's supposed to be, though. Unite and stand strong together. The vision has to be seamless.🫶🖤🤍🩶
