St/s- Stitch/ Stitches
Rnd- Round
K- Skip
Sl- Slip Stitch
Sc- Single Crochet
Dc- Double Crochet
Hdc- Half Double Crochet
Tr- Treble Crochet
Inc- Increase (2sc in one stitch)
Dc Inc- Double Crochet Increase (2dc in one stitch)
Chain 3 picot- Chain 3, slip stitch into the 1st chain to form the picot
(...)- Crochet (...) in one stitch
[...]*- Repeat [...] x times

Note: stitch result might not be accurate
R1: mr sc(5) [5]
R2: ch(1) inc-sc(5) [10]
R3: ch(2) dc(10) [10]
R4; ch(2) dc(3) inc-dc(3) dc(4) [13]
R5: ch(2) dc(4) inc-dc(6) dc(3) [19]
Border-bottom
R6: ch(3) inc-dc(1) inc-hdc(1) inc-sc(1) sc(1) inc-sc 3stitches(1 in middle of mr) sc(3) inc-hdc(1) inc-dc(1) [17]
Border-curve
