I'm glad the video helped you out! I've used it for a couple of days now and it does work with only slight variations to an upper arm monitor but still good enough to spot any regular lows or highs. Plus with all the other features in the Huawei Health App (ECG, Body Temp etc) it's fantastic. Good luck with your watch purchase-you're going to love it!
Great question! The heart rate sensor's accuracy can vary depending on the model and the specific technology used. I do not have other Huawei watches to compare, but due to the D2 having a dedicated BP cuff which inflates you'd expect it to be more accurate. It's always best to check the latest reviews for comparisons with the Huawei Watch D2. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
That's a fantastic deal! It's always great to snag a discount and have peace of mind with a protection plan. UK is the UK, we won't get a deal like that here 🤔. After a few days, I noticed the watch is starting to give much higher readings compared to an armband and another wristmonitor I have. Not sure why, it's kind of concerning as the main reason to buy was for its accuracy on the go. When yours arrives could you please get back with your thoughts on its accuracy? I would like to know if others are the same as could be the way I'm using it or a faulty unit. Also, it could be the stress of using daily is taking its toll which means for long-term use it's not up to scratch. Thanks for watching!
Enjoyed your review thank you. I have just seen another review for the same watch and gps activity tracking is available. Have you found it on yours yet?
Thanks for watching and for your comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the review! yes, I have tested the GPS activity tracking and it works well, it's under location services in settings. When I made the review I read the D2 specification list direct from the Huawei website. For some reason, it's not mentioned that GPS is available so I presumed it wasn't. It's still not made clear of this feature on their official website after looking again, unless I just can't see it 😎 . NFC and other sensors are mentioned but not specifically GPS of which it has. Thanks again!
I'm thinking of buying one of these watches so thanks for a great set up video, I now know what to expect if I get one.

Hi, do you know if the heart rate sensor is more accurate than GT5 or GT5 pro?
