I am also buying medium range for himachal, daily 20-30 percent uphill, 20-30 percent downhill daily rest plain. I think i can do good in solan himachal with regenerative braking and less acceleration, no AC required!

I was scared to take my EV on the Hill side, Range was 170 km and I had to travel 140km up and down. interestingly in Hills Regeneration helped the car auto charge. range and battery level was almost static most of the time, and it gave me more confidence now. My city drive gives me around 150 WH per Km On hills it was 129 WH per km for me When I came back I still had 50-60 km saved. PS: Una to Jwala ji temple Nexon creative plus facelift MR
I get minimum 220 and maximum 270 kms on my tiago ev Xt Lr version driving in hilly mountainous roads only, without Ac and using a lot of Regeneration braking. Going uphill depending on the steepness of the road it it consumes a lot of power but going downhill it regens a lot. The reasons that people driving in plain flat roads gets less range is because of their driving habits i.e driving like petrol cars and the other possible reason is that,the cooling system is working hard to cool down the battery and the car (Ac) and also driving aggressively

The vehicle while going uphill may feel like loosing alot of battery % but on the way back or downhill due to regeneration it just compensates almost good % of battery loss .

Hello sir, i have same tiago ev Model as u since last 4 months, initially i was very happy because it was showing range about 200,that too was 😂very exiting for me,but now it is showing range of 100 on trip b ,ace b ,164Wh ,person from customer care told to decrease the watt hour,and change to tripA,AEC A Sir,your car is showing 12/wh,how can i change this setting, so that i will see my range showing 200 paar
What is the energy consumption . Range can be found out by dividing (24×1000)/Wh/km. Regen can be used in city driving where traffic is heavy, u can use level 3. On highway u can use cruise control and regen level 1. There is no other way to increase range. The dash board reading is showing very erroneous reading, which is due to software technical glitch. After charging my dashboard shows range of 351 km. Can a 24 kWh battery give 351 range?. Next time the dashboard shows 250 km. So donot believe on dashboard reading. Tatamotors software development is full of bugs and maintenance is extremely poor.

Solar needs huge area, might not be practical since car is small and area for solar panels won't be that much.

Jab aapki battery 98% hoti hai ya ussa nicha toh regeneration start hoti hai .
