Seattle Kingdome: 2000 Implosion explosion in Infrared

In the year 2000, the historic Kingdome building was demolished in a controlled implosion. The Kingdome was home to many Seattle sports teams and musical events during its 24 years of operation. When it was demolished, Sierra-Olympic was there to capture the event using what was the most advanced thermal imaging camera of its time.

Neat. It would have been rally cool to see any friction/deformation based heating but obviously not likely at this range and resolution.
