Basically those plants in aquarium already gets their nutrients from fish poop.. They will do fine without ferts

We see a lot of lucky bamboo around here approaching Asian New Year's. I have been given it in the past. Now I know that I can put it in my fish tank, and not have it sitting in a window somewhere.

I'd you put leaves underwater they'll die after awhile it's not a true aquatic plant
