I am very proud of you fot using your voice for the desolate and hopeless Please continuet to use your voice for each and every guyanese dont matter our colour, race, or creed We are all guyanese. We must never forget that
It's great seeing some improvement in the interiors. Keep up with the great work Brother Danny. Regards to Captain Blakboy and his family. A great son of the Motherland.
Thanks for your video on a very nice trip and views of Kumaka Mabaruma. It's a nostalgic reminder of most guyanese who traveled on ferry crossings in the old days. It's an experience to remember. As Guyana develops, these types of transportation will be upgraded to modern and efficient systems. I can see transportation of goods being separated from passengers as a possible time saving advantage. Whether by faster lighter ferry boats, or by road or rail. Keep up the good work.
Watching from London. Here In the UK, businesses are moving to everything online. The older folks are not tech savvy and are left out. I have friends who cannot use the Internet properly and struggle. Not a good thing. I know someone who has never used a mobile phone. They all assume we are all the same and lose a lot of potential customers. You are perfectly correct in pointing this out to the powers that be.
Greet everyone is a good things to do, you are a social butterfly Brother Denny continue the good work for OUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY GUYANA SOUTH AMERICA. Enjoy
Kumaka is a name I learned during my geography lesson at school. Boarding the ferry doesn't seem safe, but Guyanese are contented with their way of living. We are judging from abroad. Your adventurous journey on the ferry ⛴️ seems like a thrilling experience. Beautiful scenery, and thanks for showcasing the beauty of Guyana 🇬🇾.
Very nice video..hopefully A/C will be sorted out also unsafe gangway issue..safety net should be below gangway..Did they announce on the PA system locations of Muster Station in case of emergencies..as time go by, all bugs will be ironed out..Fair weather and safe sailings.
I do hope the staff are given an Emegency action plan/fire safety training at least twice per year.Well,I heard someone announcing that children without adult supervision should not be on deck. This makes mi confident that some kind of training is in place.
Yea My Brother Denny Respect, you are helping those individuals, a good thing, so they can learn from your advise Brother Denny, I love what you are doing in Kumaka.
I am very interested in learning more about my beautiful country ❤️. I'm always waiting for a video from ARD. How can life get better than this. Keep up the good work.
Denny once again an outstanding video showing continued improvements in Guyana , the Govt give the people a new Boat , top notch Boat, its amazing that the transport and harbor department did not thing about upgrading boarding facility . Is so sad to see seniors boarding on 2 planks , maybe Denny you can start a fund raiser to getting them up to date ramps for all customers .
We are one country, one people and we suppose to have one desteny togeter we rise devided we fall. We must keep that in mine. Please continue to let guyanese know that. Thank you very much
Hey hey…ARD I was waiting with to see this Vlog…I am from Tobago 🇹🇹..I have learnt a lot about Guyana 🇬🇾.. I also have good friends and family living there…your show is very informative and awesome..continue doing the good work you do.
ARD u r doing a very d good favor to the AMERINDIAN PEOPLE, But the governamentais are belittleing those who are unable to meet an advance way of confusion. It is like shiting on those who do n't know about a flush toilet .
huge boat, so good ti see this boat in a remote area. there,s always room for improvement. it is time for guyana to be recognised by the world. hellow ard and crew. keep up the good work. love always.
Thanks for sharing Ard!!! It's been awhile since i didn't comment..but i always share your channel wide and far.. continue to showcase our beautiful nation 🇬🇾
Congratulations to the MV MA LISHA on its maiden voyage. Here's hoping that Barbados, St. Vincent, St Lucia, Grenada and the other islands in close proximity can get a ferry too for inter-island voyages.
On observing the way in which passengers ,especially seniors, are boarding the ferry, there is the possibility of injury or even falling into the river. The Transportation department in Guyana needs to take urgent action to correct this situation, including an adjustable gantry with rails. Beautiful ship but need for improved safety facilities and passenger accommodation.
They need a proper Gang Planck for passengers to enter & exit the boat safely. Those pile of woods is very dangerous because there are no handrails & that wood will be slippery in wet weather. C'mon, gotta do things properly, the 1st time...🤦
Nice video, glad to see the country is moving forward. But there should be more focus on the trash that people just discard anywhere, if you look at the ferry terminal where the water comes in the trash is just floating there. They should organize some type of clean up and educate the people of just tossing out their trash all over the place.
I have to remember to walk with my plastic fork to Guyana bcuz I find it hard to get a proper plastic for to eat with in Guyana when you out and about, I only use spoon when having soup and porage
The other boat was slow but downstairs people used to walk with their hammock and tie it up and sleep i would like to see the toilet facility . the old boat was horrible they had two barrels with water to flush the system and stinking too i went to use it and turn back
That mode of commute is primitive. Guyana is moving in a fast pace. why not build airstrips and more small planes? Including cargo planes etc? How much Pollution does that boat give out? 16 to 18 hrs to and fro...?
Bai in this day and age yes we going tech but at least put the service in place, this is the thing with our ppl in power, they can’t provide a proper and complete service,Guyanese always have to settle for less, the boat going to n fro is ok but put system for indeginious ppl,yuh put a boat to go interior and tell them to book online…smh Buddy you continue to do what you can as I think each Guyanese should do Nice video👍🏻
The AC is probably working but that’s an extremely big 🚢 so you probably can’t feel it plus people in an out opening the doors. Just open the windows and you can get cool breeze from outside.
The ac broke on the first voyage then they fix it then on the second voyage that I was on it broke again 1 hour into the voyage. The rain was falling up to about 3 am Can you open windows when it rains I guess not. After 3 am the rain subsided and the door and windows were then opened. If you listen carefully to the video I did mention these things
Interesting view of kumaka was expecting to see improvement the situation is some how worst then before and I'm talking over 35 years i imagine exploitation is as worst too
Trensport and Harbour is noted for incompetence and poor strategic thinking. This PPPC Govt. need to make significant changes to the management of all areas in Government....Life can get better than this for the poor man; but that is only in a dream.
Hello ARD and crew, I travelled with Kimbia from G/t to Kumaka in the mid 80's. It was a long rocking overnight ride.... there were no 'Classes of passengers' Now that there is a new boat from India came to run the ferry from where to Northwest... Why are such levels of indifferences'? The President / Gov't preaches 'ONE GUNANA' I understand that all have equal rights in any given shape, form, color, economic woes etc. Loading the cargo to the boat/ship can be enhanced . which will be more productive and save time and money.I do not see one Guyana strategy in this boat. Now I see 'ONE GUYANA' does not mean EQUALITY.
I am very proud of you fot using your voice for the desolate and hopeless

10.01 watching from New York I love this show Mr Danny
Nice ferry ride. India make this state of the art ferry for guyana.

The Transportation department in Guyana needs to take urgent action to correct this situation, including an adjustable gantry with rails. Totally agree.
Hopefully the govt can acquire another ferry for that route so when one leaving Georgetown the other one leaving Kumaka.
They need a proper Gang Planck for passengers to enter & exit the boat safely. Those pile of woods is very dangerous because there are no handrails & that wood will be slippery in wet weather. C'mon, gotta do things properly, the 1st time...🤦

Thank you @dansingh for bringing attention to this disheartening issue. Your president Mr.Ali will sort this out. I ❤️Guyana
Appreciate the video. Hope the AC is fixed already, the people deserve the best.
Yes i remember the mv Malali and Makura Barima too😅❤
I have to remember to walk with my plastic fork to Guyana bcuz I find it hard to get a proper plastic for to eat with in Guyana when you out and about, I only use spoon when having soup and porage
Amazing voyage, wish I was there
Pity it's not a fast ferry to allow us to do return trips in a few hours. Maybe when we get natural gas? Keep up the good work, bro.
Ferry seem hugh in that kumaka canal.

Danny You have to cool down,,with the travelling. Christmas coming. You have to restart your food hampers. For people. Keep good.

how many hours is the travel time with the boat
That mode of commute is primitive. Guyana is moving in a fast pace. why not build airstrips and more small planes? Including cargo planes etc? How much Pollution does that boat give out? 16 to 18 hrs to and fro...?

How fast is that boat.
A little faster than the other boats About 10 knots
The boat gallery better Than the GEO airport skite! 😂
I love ships.

That's a fairly fast ship.
Nothing can carry passengers and cargo like a ship.
The authorities should put safety first put a better ramp with railings to protect passengers before they slip on the board ramp when rain falls
that was very bad situation you mean that a brand new ship and no air condition but as you said this must be address
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
A wonderful adventure in the ferry from Kumaka to georgetown
The Hinterland is my favourite
Why are they loading containers with foot traffic below 😮
I asked the same question. It’s hazardous
The government is allowing them cheap transportation and that is a good system. Will they pay more for the ticket to get ticket agent? Dont think so
