I honestly don’t see anything wrong with Jini being a boss. She saw no one knew how to make meringue cookies and instead had everyone learn. Even with the spicy food, she realized her employees didn’t want to eat spicy food so she decided to only order spicy for herself. She even lets her employees play games after hours. I’d want her as a boss!
I feel bad for newbei he is new so he is not used too and may be scare cause he is new ..but he seem innocent even when he make mistake but stay quiet instead of explaining how the problem cause... instead of scolding him and being angry teaching him ,consulting and convincing him will be better ..
makes me wonder who employs those people...like they were so amazed with so many basic and simple things which they should probably know about before they attempt cooking/ baking anything
