Too many choices leaves people feeling like they are not making the best choice. Take the store isle of shampoo. If you had 3 types to choose one and only one fit your type you would not have remorse. But when there are lots of options you can't say for sure you are getting the best option and left confused and flustered. It is no different with cable tv and channels or streaming services and tons of movies and shows. We have been conditioned to be consumers and always left in doubt about our decisions so we will try other products and this cycle is what keeps the cash flowing, the factories running, and the consumer buying.
